The Badass

          As I entered the halls of misfits, nerds and bullies I saw his face his perfectly chiseled face among all the people I saw him Jonah Marais. He was talking and laughing with his friends until he saw me then I quickly  looked away.
         Oh come on Echo be real your just a nobody and besides he's captain of the basket ball team he deserves to date someone like a cheerleader not a nobody like myself. I hear the bell ring and then get to first period Math. Now you guys might think this is a cliche story when I say this but trust me there are plenty of twists coming your way.
           Anyways as I was saying I'm actually top of my class in everything I've never gotten anything else less than an A+ on a subject. I'm top of my class in everything even sports anyways back to the story.
         As I walk into the class I saw everyone seated I went to the teachers desk and turned in all of my assignments and homework, extra-credit and tests and project for the next 2 weeks so I would be ahead and not have to worry about studying or anything as I turned all of my work the whole class groaned and some people said 'bookworm' ' dork ' ' borrinnggg'.
        I ignored their comments and just went to my seat next to my best friend Lauren. Lauren is not like me she is popular and pretty but she is also smart.
          Anyways as the late bell rang Jonah came rushing in a minute later out of breath "Am I late?" He asked trying to catch his breath "This is your third tardy Mr. Marais I'm afraid I'm going to have to give you detention." The teacher stated "But after school I have basketball practice I can't miss practice or I'll be benched next game." He said worried "Well you should have thought of that before." The teacher said.
        Jonah just groaned and slumped into his seat. I had to do something so I stood up and said " That's not fair can't you just give him detention tomorrow. I mean Jonah is always in time so what he was late a few days all he really needs is a warning right and if I recall the last two times he was late you didn't bother giving him an actual warning so he's actually late because of you." As I stopped talking the whole class started saying 'ohhhh' as if I had just roasted him which I kinda did then the teacher responded saying "Settle down everybody. Ms.Echoador you make and excellent point but I think you should just save all that pizzazz for the debate team otherwise I'm afraid I would have to give you detention and I would just hate seeing your perfect record shattered." After he said that I just sat back in my seat and said "Continue."
Time Skip to lunch
For lunch I just had a bottle of water and ham sandwich. As I scanned the lunchroom trying to look for Lauren someone bumped into me I heard a "Sorry." Come from the person I could tell it was a boy as I turned around to say it's okay as I looked at the person for a split second my jaw suddenly dropped along with my water bottle it was Jonah Marais AKA Hot Jonah AKA My Crush.
        Then I realized I was just staring at him but thank god Lauren came to rescue me. Then Jonah asked " Umm.. is she ok?" Lauren said " Oh yeh she is totally fine she's just probably a little dizzy." Then one of Jonahs friends called him over and the Jonah said "Great well umm.. ok bye I.. guess." He then walked away.

this chapter I'm actually gonna need a new name for a character so message new names how they look how old are they but they have to be in high school their hobbies but she's gonna be a mean girl so just keep that in mind.
