Chap 2: Outbreak

(Y/n) was play wrestling with Hunter. After the bite, (Y/n) was just like Hunter, except he was a bit weaker. (Y/n) pinned Hunter to the ground and hissed at him. Hunter just let out a little coo. (Y/n) got off Hunter and was sitting on all fours like a cat. Lately (Y/n) has gotten used to the walking on all fours idea. He crawled and curled up into a little ball and looked at Hunter as He was chewing on the red rubber ball.

Some of (Y/n)''s old coworkers came in and they had things with them. 'What are they up to?' (Y/n) asked. 'I dunno' Hunter replied. Since Hunter and (Y/n) are the first things of their kind, they can communicate telepathically.

"C'mere (Y/n)." One of (Y/n)''s old friends said making Hunter jump in front. Hunter protects (Y/n), even if it involves something like eating, Hunter would sniff it to check for poison.

"Tase 'em" he ordered and Hunter let out a screech and fell to the ground. 'Hunter!' (Y/n) thought/said panicked and ran over to him. (Y/n) nudged Hunters shoulder and earned a wired type of grunt. (Y/n) started to see blood leak out of Hunters mouth. (Y/n) was completely enraged, he let out a huge growl and pounced on his old friend and started clawing at him.

The guards held up their weapons ready to fire. "Hold your fire." They heard a voice. The guards turn around to see (Y/n)'s old boss. (Y/n) hissed and backed up to Hunters unconscious body protecting it.

"(Y/n) I know you don't want us to hurt your little friend. So how 'bout you do this little thing for us." He asked and (Y/n) hissed.

"Okay, Okay, we won't hurt the Hunter." His O-boss said and (Y/n) gave out an even more vicious hiss. He can tell when someone is lying.

"Okay. We won't touch, the Hunter." He said and (Y/n) calmed down. He walked/crawled over to the male. "Eat this." His O-boss said handing him a piece of meat. (Y/n) may be a zombie, but he's never been one to eat human flesh. He sniffed it but smelled nothing? "Don't fret, this is not human flesh." He said and (Y/n) ran over to the corner were Hunter is. He held it to Hunters nose and the Hunters nose sniffed the piece of meat.

The glowing yellowish amber eyes opened and Hunter grabbed the piece of meat and tore it a part handing it to (Y/n). 'What is it?' (Y/n) asked but to the others it sounded like a wired mixture of hisses and grunts.

'It's raw cow meat.' He said tearing the piece of meat, with his teeth. (Y/n) smiled and ate the raw piece of meat. The glowing (E/c) eyes slowly looked at the smirking guards and O-boss. (Y/n) sniffed the piece of meat and smelled pneumonia and... tranquilizer. (Y/n) threw the piece of meat away and slapped the other piece out of Hunters claws 'Don't eat that! That's poison!' (Y/n) shouted.

(Y/n) and Hunter started to get dizzy. 'H-Hunter.' (Y/n) said and fell onto the padded floor. 'Y-Your... n-not getting away with this.' Hunter thought trying to charge at the o-boss. But was to slow and fell to the floor unconscious.

|Time Skip|

(Y/n) woke up, his glowing (E/c) orbs traced around the dark room. 'Where am I?' (Y/n) thought. Then a flash of white light blinded  (Y/n), he opened his eyes to see him and Hunter strapped to different torture devices.

(Y/n) looked to his left and saw his coworkers behind a glass wall. "I'm so terribly sorry (Y/n), but we can't have your kind spreading." O-boss said and left leaving the guards with evil smirkes. The guards entered the room, two went over to Hunter, and Three went over to (Y/n).

One of the men had a knife with them and stabbed (Y/n) in the stomach. (Y/n) let out a blood cuddling screech wich made Hunter angry and struggle in his bonds. They slowly slid the knife down cutting (Y/n)'s stomach open.

(Y/n) hissed as blood came out his mouth.

An alarm came on making everyone stop, the room was flashing red. The loud speaker came on. "ATTENTION ALL GUARDS!! COME TO THE CONTAINMENT CENTER ARMED AND READY. THE CHARGER, WITCH, SMOKER, TANK, JOCKEY AND ALL THE OTHER ZOMBIES HAVE ESCAPED HURRY AGH!!!!" The line had cut off abruptly. The guards left the two in the room.

Hunter took the chance and used his claws to break out of his bonds. He ran over to (Y/n) and stood up and took the knife out and the wound heal up quickly. Hunter slashed the bonds setting (Y/n) free. 'C'mon (Y/n), I know a way out of here.' Hunter said opening a vent. They crawled threw out the vent very fast. They entered a area were the smoker use to be. They ran through the building and stopped hearing the loud speaker come on to hear the O-boss. "ATTENTION EVERYONE!! THE EXPERIMENTS HAVE INFECTED HALF OF THE BUILDING!! WE HAVE TO TAKE DRASTIC MEASURES!! EVACUAT THE BUILDING IMMEDIATELY!! THERE IS A BOMB SET FOR 5 MINUTES!!"

'What are we gonna do?!" (Y/n) asked panicked. 'Don't worry, I know a quicker way out of the building'. Hunter said and ran with (Y/n) behind him.

The turned every corner and when they made it to the vent there were guards surrounding the area. The guards turned around and saw, (Y/n) and Hunter. 'Ready?' Hunter asked as (Y/n) nodded. They both climbed up the separate walls of the corridor.

The guards shot at the two missing horribly.

They slashed through the crowds of guards and ran through the vent. "THE BUILDING WILL SELF DESTRUCT IN 4..."

The two kept, running down the vent. The landed down and saw a bright but dark light and ran twards it.

As they were nearly there Hunter fell down holding his bleeding leg. (Y/n) ran to Hunters side and held him. 'Just go.' Hunter hissed as his glowing amber eyes starting to dull. 'I'm not leaving you!' (Y/n) hissed back.

2...

'Just go I'll be fine.' Hunter said trying to reassure the 2nd hunter. 'But I-' 'JUST GO!!' Hunter hissed making (Y/n) jump out the vent as the huge skyscraper crashed. (Y/n) landed on the ground with a roll. He looked back in sadness. He crawled away ignoring all the screams of the humans being attacked by the newly infected.

|Time Skip 2 days|

(Y/n) found an abandoned house, and entered it. He gathered thing like pillows covers and any other sleeping materials. To make a nest in the huge living room. (Y/n) walked up the stairs still on all fours. He entered a room that belong to a males. He found a (F/n) hoodie and some weirdly flexible black jeans, and some sneakers.

He went down the stairs and crawled in a circle like a dog and layer on the floor. The glowing (E/c) eyes on that greyish (S/c) skin looking up into the now rotting ceiling. They now green sky reading of rotting flesh and freshly spread blood, fire, burning rubber. It's miserable... 'Especially without Hunter.' (Y/n) thought and closed his eyes.
