I pressed end on my alarm clock as I sighed and slowly rolled out of bed. I had to get ready to go to an book/craft store, because I was supposed to be making shirts for my little cousins graduation party.
I got in the shower and washed my body. I then got out and put on my outfit. I had on a white shirt with light colored, high waisted jeans with my red herraches. I also put on some jewelry so my out fit wasn't so simple. I put on my gold hoop earrings and my gold chain necklace with my gold watch to match. I then pulled my hair into a high curly puff and slicked back my edges and put my scarf on so my edges had time to set. After I got ready I called my friend Amari to see if she was ready.
"Hello" Amari said. "Hey girl you ready ?" I asked. "Yeah I'm ready." "Alright well I'm On my way!" I said while getting into my car and backing out my driveway."Hurry up before we be late." "Whatever whore talk to you later." I said. She laughed and said bye. And I hung up.
Amari's house was only about 5 minutes away from mine so it didn't take long for me to get there. Once I got there I honked my horn. Amari came walking out the house with just her keys and wallet in her hand. "Hey biiiitch!!!" Amari said as she got in the car. I laughed " Wassup hoe?" "Nothing nothing just cashing these checks as always" she said. We both looked each other then we busted out laughing. "Girl let me drive before this store close."

At the store
"How this look?" I asked as I showed Amari a design I wanted for the shirts. I looked at her to see her looking behind me confused. I looked behind me to see a crowd of people by where the books were. I looked back at Amari. "Girl wtf is going on!!" I said. "You wanna go see?" She asked. "Come on let's go" I said and walked where the huge crowd was. As we walked by we saw the crowd split and out came Bryshere "yazz" Gray with security behind him. I just looked at Amari as she looked at me with wide eyes. We knew who he was because he was know for playing two large roles on television. He played Hakeem on a show called "Empire" and also played Michael Bivens in "The New Edition Story". Me and Amari walked around the huge crowd to get to other side of the store so we weren't in all that chaos. Once we got to the other side I went to check out and pay for the T-shirt design I picked out. I payed for it and looked over at Amari and she had her mouth wide open in shock and pointed behind me. I looked behind me and saw Yazz smiling and licking his lips, staring at me. I instaly got scared and nervous and my stomach started feeling weird. "What's your name beautiful." I quickly froze and said "Y/N". "That's a pretty name for a pretty woman.Can I get your number." he asked. I looked at him in disbelief and slowly shook my head yes. He gave me his phone for me to put my number in it and said he would text me. I said okay, handed him his phone, and got the things I paid for. He walked out of the store with his security guards behind him. I looked over at Amari and she busted out laughing. "Girl why you was stuttering like that" she said laughing loud. "Girl if a fine celebrity came up to you and asked for your number you would act the same way so leave me alone." I said laughing along with her. "Girl he looked like he wanted to devour you the way he was looking." "Girl whatever he probably do the same thing to all his Lil groupies." I said shaking my head. "All his groupies where crowded around him and right now they look hella salty." She said as she pointed to a group of girls looking at me in disgust. "Child i dont know we will see what happens next I guess." I said as me and Amari started walking out of the store. "Girl while you playing Y'all could be a power couple in the near future." "Whatever." I said rolling my eyes. Even though I rolled my eyes and acted like I didn't want to believe what Amari was saying but, it was a part of me that said maybe we could be a couple.
