Losing Focus

"Peyton we need to talk about Leah"
"Talk about what how you took my only baby girl away from me huh ?"
I felt so bad over the years about taking Leah away from her but the love I felt from my sweet baby made me forget all that. I could only wonder what's I would do if someone took my Logan away.
"Yes and about how Nate it's treating her while she is in his custody"

As much as I want Leah to be with me i know my best chance of her being safe it's with Peyton.And plus I know Peyton misses having Leah... I've had her for four years already. I think it's time for her to be with her real mom.
                               2 MONTHES LATER
Peyton and I have been trying to communicate with Nate to get Leah back but he is so difficult. At this point I think he's just using this whole Leah situation to get me worked up. It's hard to focus on work, Logan, or my relationship with Jack. I want to be the best mother and girlfriend to them but this situation has got me all worked up. I guess it hurts more because I know this isn't who Nate is. Nate was a great guy before all this shit... sure he had his flaws but other than that he was good.
I walk in the front door after meeting up with Peyton to go over some legal things about getting Leah back. I see Jack asleep on the couch and Logan fast asleep on his chest. These are the moments I never want to miss. Logan has become more close with Jack than me as a result of me being gone and focusing on everything with Leah. I love Leah and I want her to be safe but all this has caused me to lose focus of what I already have.
I walk over to them sleeping and I kiss Jack on the forehead causing his eyes to open. He looks up at me and smiles.
"I'll put her in bed" he says with a raspy voice.
"No babe I got her"
"It's okay baby. Go get ready for bed... I'll put her down and be in there in a minute" he gets up and carries Logan upstairs to her room.
I go upstairs to my room and take off my shoes. I walk into my bathroom and get a shower started. As I'm taking my shower the door opens and Jack starts brushing his teeth getting ready for bed.
I step out of the shower with my towel around my body and stand next to Jack at the double sink. He comes behind be pressing himself on my ass. I blush at the feeling. He starts to kiss my neck as he rubs his hands down my body.
"I love you so much babygirl" jack whispers softly in my ear.
