I was talking to Bree's bump then there's a knock on the door. I get up to answer it and see it was Peyton with my daughter Leah. "Nate your daughter is with you for the weekend" Peyton said "Daddy" Leah said running up to me and I pick her up. "Nate you have a kid" Bree said "Oh Nate didn't tell you about when we where 16 and you came to my house and fucked me" she said "you cheated on me"Bree said on the verge of tears. "I got to go Nate I'll pick her up on Sunday bye Leah" Peyton said "bye mommy". "Leah go upstairs and play with your toys ok" I say "ok daddy" Leah said and ran upstairs to my room. "Nate how could you" Bree said "baby I love you so much and I'm so sorry" " how old is she" "she's 4 her name is Leah Mae Maloley" I say " I guess when you found out I was pregnant you where gonna leave me and the baby to go back to her huh" she asks " no not at all I'm just a little upset at myself for getting her pregnant then and not you" I say "but I am now I'm having your baby" she says and then Leah comes down and say "daddy I'm tired" "ok let get you ready for bed. I take her upstairs and I take off her boots and overalls. Then I take off her shirt and see bruises on her chest. I look on her back and see several bruises and cuts. "Bree get in here" I yell "yea ba-" she gets cut off and starts crying when she looks at Leah's back. She bends down and says "you poor baby omg come here" Leah dose as told and walks over to Bree. "Who did this to you" Bree asks " My mommy and Jeremiah" she said "who's Jeremiah" I ask "Mommy's boyfriend" "I'm going to Mommy's house and do to Jeremiah what he did to you" I say and leave the house.
Bree's pov
I then gave Leah a bath and put her to bed. And went to bed myself.
Carmen's pov
I pull up to Sammy's house and get out of the car and knock on the door. "Hey babe" Sam said looking a little drunk "what do you want Sam" I say with a chuckle "I want you baby girl I want to do what we used to do" he said "and what is that"  I ask "we used to go to my room and do it all and you would scream my name" " ok" I say biting my lip which I know turned him on so much. Me and my boyfriend Jeremiah was sitting on the couch smoking some weed when there was a bang on the door. I get up and open it and see a furious Nate "what the fuck do you want" I ask " I want to know why there are bruises on my daughter" he said real up " she was bad one time and I hit her and Jeremiah hit her too" I say "why is he putting his hands on my kid Leah is my daughter and even if she was being bad I wouldn't hit her" Nate yells the Jeremiah walks over and says "I think you should go before I call my boy and have take care of you" "fine but I'm taking you to court" he says and leaves.
Nate's pov
I go down to the my lawyers office and get a letter sent to Peyton and Jeremiah saying that I'm taking them to court for full custody of Leah due to the fact that she is being beaten. Our court date is Sunday. After they sent out the letter I go home to see my daughter and girlfriend cuddled up in bed sleeping. I take off my shoes shirt and pants then climb in bed with my girls.
