I wish I told you.

I wish i told you how much you meant to. How you were the colour that filled the once blank canvas that was my life. How you were the fire in my heart. How you made the butterflies come. I wish I told you how my mouth curved into a smile I tried to fight off when I saw you. I wish I told you how much you meant to me.

I wish I told you how the world became devoid of colour when you left.

But I didn't. And you never knew.
