Kings

Dave ran outside only to see Gororio being held at the point of a sword by a beast. The beast was like a gigantic dragon with long arms instead of short ones.

"Do not call for us again !" The beast shouted.

"He didn't, I did." Dave said grinning.

"And who might you be ?" Asked the beast.

"Man ! Nobody even knows me." Sighed Dave." I am Dave,The High King of The Universe !"

"High King ? A tiny creature my King ?" The Beast laughed.

"No. A tiny creature your High King !" Dave shouted.

"Your scream does not frighten me. It pleasures me." The Dragon snorted.

"Hash ! Make him kneel infront of his High King !"

"Me? Kneel to you? Now i'm mad !" The dragon approached.

Before the dragon could reach, a wall came between them. The beast fell down in a position similar to a kneel.

"Do you get it now?" Asked Dave.

"What?"

"You can never even scratch me in a battle." Dave said sternly.

"Dave? What happened? I was ins- what is that?" Amanda came close to Dave in fear.

"Its nothing. Tell me your name."

"My name is Glort,Dave."

"That's High King Dave!" Amanda shouted.

Dave stood still for a moment absorbing what happened.

"Whoa. Amanda what happened?" Dave chuckled.

"Well you are the High King and I just thought that...." Amanda went red.

"I know." Dave said softly.

"Well i'll be going then."

"Wait ! I need you."

"What ?" Amanda could feel the universe breathing by now.

"I really need you." Dave said with a smile that could shatter mountains.

"Okay i'll stay." Amanda whispered as softly as she could.

"Tell me Glort, what does Hash mean to you ?" Asked Dave.

"Everything."

"And what if I told you it was gonna be taken away from you and destroyed ?"

"I would pulverize anyone trying to do so !" Glort shouted.

"Good,because a competition is coming. A battle of universes."

"And ?"

"I need strong warriors or rather Kings."

"Kings ?"

"Yes. The battle is between High Kings and Queens and their respective Kings and Queens."

"And you need me as a King ?" Asked Glort with a huge Grin on his face.

"Sadly I have little time so yes." Answered Dave.

"I accept your offer. I'll become the King of the universe for you." Laughed Glort.

"Great." Dave said with a smile that could blind any damsel." But betray me and I shall erase you myself." He said with fury leaping out of his eyes.
