Eren watched as you paced back and forth holding your swollen belly with left hand while holding (F/F), " ( Y/N)... Won't you come sit down? " He tells you while holding his hand out to you hoping you'll waddle over and take it so he could help you sit down next to him but to his surprise... You sat down on the computer chair and crossed your arms over your chest, he didn't know what was wrong and afraid if he said something out of place he'd get yelled at once again.

" Do I look fat to you? "

What!? That was here problem all along!?

The young male sighs while standing up and walking towards you, he kneels down on one knee and holds your soft hands in his slightly tougher ones while saying, " No matter what size you are or think you are I'll still love you the same " Are you serious!? You're supposed say' no, of course not! Why would you ever think that? ' and then I'm supposed to say something very dramatic! " The young male quickly stood up and backed away from you but you suddenly stopped talking and held between your legs, " babe? Are you okay...? "

He now asked you more worried than scared of you. You look up and whisper, " My water just broke... " So many emotions was running through him now, there was fear, happiness, worries but It Al stopped when you screamed out in pain, " Eren! " He quickly runs to the room and grab the car keys, the diaper bag you two already had ready. He runs back out and helped you stand up by placing a arm underneath you, " We'll be okay, j-just hold on! "

" What do you think I'm doing!? ".

By the time you got there the doctors said you was dilated to seven already, they sat you on the bed and hooked up needles to you and shot medicine into your arm, " everything will be okay Mrs. Jeager, just don't push her " the doctor tells you in a calming voice trying to calm you the best she could, Eren was calling Levi, Hanji, Connie, Jean, Mikasa basically everyone you two knew to come down to the hospital immediately.

" Okay Mrs. Jeager, it's time for you too push now "

You grab hold of Eren's​hand as you push and squeeze the life out of his left hand, "come on babe... You got this " Eren was encouraging you to keep pushing, minutes later you both heard a cry, to you it was like an angel was singing and it could be hard all over the world, " It's a girl, wait! "

You held you're breath as she said wait making you scared, " There's another head! Push!"

You did as you was told wanting to get your second baby out. Less than five minutes there was another beautiful cry echoing through out the hospital room, " It's another girl!" She says out loud while giving her to you and the other to Eren, immediately you start crying, tears of joy as you see your two beautiful baby girls welcoming them to the new world with Titans, the nurses take the twins away to wash them up, Eren bends down to you and kisses you gently while saying, " You did so good baby... "

A couple minutes later Eren goes out to the waiting room just to find all of your friends and they all enter and look at you and the babies in awe,

"Their so small... "

Mikasa says while holding your first babies tiny hand, "What are you guys gonna name them? "

Jean asked while coming around the table and looking at them,

"I was think (B/N ) and (B/N) "

You suggested and Eren nodded in response liking the names you picked for them, you handed (B/N) to Mikasa and the other to Levi, everyone smiled and laughed and enjoyed the two girls being the new members of your family,

"You know what (Y/N)? "

"Yes Eren? "You answer him as he bends diwn and whispers" lets have another when you feel better"

You kissed him for response meaning yes,
