Chapter 5

Y/N POV
As the weeks went by Draco and I gradually became closer. I started hanging out with Draco a lot more during my spare time and I started to see him in a different light. I don't know why but I started to see him as in more than a friend.
Walking out of potions I was heading down to the dinner hall and shortly Draco caught up after.
"Hey Y/N." Draco said smiling. For a moment my eyes locked onto his gorgeous grey eyes. I couldn't look away.
Wait, No. Bad Y/N, you can't be thinking of him like that. He's your best friend for crying out loud.
"Hello Y/N. You alright in there?" Draco asks waving his hands in my face.
"Huh? What? Oh yeah I'm fine. Listen I gotta go do this thing.. " I start walking as Draco says suspiciously.
"What thing?"
"Just a thing." I reply running off before he could respond.

Time skip to 1 week after (Still Y/N'S POV)

Its been a week since I last spoke to Draco. I've been avoiding him since I told him I have to do 'that thing'. The truth is I've been avoiding him because my feelings have been getting stronger.
I think he might be catching on because whenever I see him on the corridor coming towards me I turn and walk the other way.
The once I was by the black lake when he came up to me and tried to get me to talk, I just stood up edged around him as if he was a rat or Voldemort himself, and ran off.
I'm starting to feel bad.

Draco's POV
I don't know what's going on. Did I do something wrong? Why won't Y/N come near me? For the past week Y/N has been avoiding me and honestly it hurts. I know what your thinking the Slytherin prince hurt by a mudblood's actions. Well the truth is I love her. I never thought I'd say this but I need to speak to Potter.

Walking up to the Gryffindor table I got a lotnof dirty looks from people I passed.
"Potter!" I announced he turned to look at me and glared.
"Go away Malfoy." He sighed.
"I need to speak to you alone." I say the last part aiming it at the other Griffindorks.
"O said go aw-" he started until I interrupted him.
"It's about Y/N." As soon as those words left my mouth Potter got up and walked towards the doors.
"Well are you coming or not?"
I hurry out of the hall.
"Do you know what's wrong with Y/N? She's been avoiding me?" I say getting straight to the point.
"No, she's been avoiding us to to. Try the room of requirements.
" Ok thanks Potter."

Time skip to the room of requirements

Y/N POV
I'm in the room of requirements thinking about everything but mostly about Draco. I was so caught up in my own world I didn't hear someone come in.
"You ok?" A man's voice said.
"

No I'm not."
"Do you want to tell me why?"
"I like this guy as in more than friends. I have tried hiding it but I think he is starting to catch on because I have been avoiding him. I don't know whether he feels the same. He's hot as hell. They don't call him the Slytherin Prince and the Slytherin sex god for nothing." I finish with a sigh. Afterwards everything is quiet for a bit.
"Who is the Slytherin Prince?" He asks.
"Draco Malfoy."
I hear the person take a sharp intake of breath.
"Hang on. I have just told you all of this and I don't even know who you are."
"Are you sure you want to know?" He asks.
"Yes."
"Okay but it's surprising you don't know me already."
Wait, that voice. No, no, no. It can't be him.
A figure stepped out of the shadows who I quickly recognised as Draco.
"Crap." I say frozen in my place.
Draco's signature smirk stretched across his pale white face.
"You know I've heard I'm the Slytherin sex god never thought you would agree though." He says still smirking whilst walking closer to me.
I turned around trying to keep my red face under control.
Placing a finger under my chin, Draco turned my head to face him.
"Awe your cute when you blush. Now I know your secret do you want to know mine?" He asks.
I nodded my head.
"I think of you in exactly the same way."
My jaw dropped with shock. My mouth opened and closed trying to say something but no words came out.
"Close your mouth you look like a fish." Draco said laughing.
"Unless you want me to Slytherin..." He continues smirking which causes me to laugh.
Silence covered the air.
"Listen, I was wondering, I'm known as the Slytherin Prince and every Prince needs his princess. How would you like to be mine?"
I couldn't get any words out.
"Yes."

Draco's POV
Yes! Y/N is finally mine.

Walking into the great hall hand in hand with Y/N we got some looks. Especially off some of the boys that were jealous I'm with Y/N and their not. I noticed one of them were weasley, one of the twins I think it was Fred.
I don't know and I don't care because I have Y/N as my Gryffindor princess.
Without realising Y/N had let go of my hand and was walking towards her table.
Grabbing her hand, I spun her around to face me.
"Where do you think your going without giving me a goodbye kiss." I ask smirking.
Y/N smiles, wraps her arms around my neck and closes the distance between us. Next thing we hear is a bunch of wolf whistling.

Making my way over to my table Blaise starts speaking. "So you're going out with Y/N Krum."
Yeah I am. So what?"
"What about Pansy? She thinks you and her are dating"
"But we are not."
"Yeah I know but she doesn't seem to understand."
"DRAKEYPOOO!!"
"Speak of the devil and she's sure to appear."
"How about you and me go and have a bit of fun?" Pansy suggests with a wink.
"No thanks. I'm sure my girlfriend wouldn't agree."
"Girlfriend? Oh you mean me?"
"No I mean Y/N Krum."
"Just because you are with that hoe doesn't mean me and you can't have fun."
"Actually it does. Bye Parkinson." Pansy stormed off.

Y/N POV
( continued from when you and Draco separate to go to your tables).
Walking up to the Gryffindor table I saw everyone's jaw drop in shock. I noticed Fred was glaring at someone.
"You okay Freddie?" I ask him.
Fred jumps a bit but looks me and says "yeah I'm fine thanks love."
I smile and walk over to Ginny.
"What was that?" She asks.
"What?"
"That with Draco."
"Oh well we are kind of going out."
Silence overcame the table.
I started to count down in my head. '3.. 2.. 1..' A loud shriek erupted from Mione and Ginny.
"DRAKEYPOO!!" I heard someone about from across the hall.
Turning my attention to the Slytherin table I see Pansy going up to my boyfriend.
"How about you and me go and have a bit of fun." She asks winking.
"No thanks, I'm sure my girlfriend wouldn't agree."
I hear some girls awe in the background.
"Girlfriend? Oh you mean me?" Pansy continues.
Can this girl take a hint?
"No I mean Y/N Krum."
"Just because you are with that hoe doesn't mean me and you can't have fun."
Oh hell no. She doesn't say that and get away with it.
"Actually it does. Bye Parkinson." I hear him say. Awe this is why I love him.
Pansy stormed off. Yeah Bitch you better go.

About 10 minutes into dinner I feel someone tap my shoulder. I turn and see Ginny.
"Why is Draco walking out of the hall with Viktor?"
I turn my attention to the entrance just in time to see Draco and Viktor walk out.
"I don't know. I'm sure its nothing."

Draco's POV
About 10 minutes into dinner Viktor came up to me and asked to speak to me outside.

As we got outside Viktor came up to me and asked to speak. "How is the plan going? Is she falling for it?"
"Yeah she is. Why am I doing this to her? I care about her."
"You're doing it because I caught you being unfaithful with the last person she would suspect."
"Fine but I still care about her as in a boyfriend way."
"If you cared about her you wouldn't have cheated on her with Gi-"
"Okay I get it. Let's just go. I feel bad enough already."
As the two were walking back to the hall Draco was reflecting on their deal. Unaware someone had been listening the whole time.
