Parting of Ways

Valentina ran through the complicated halls with Lila at her side making their way through the building. The only one they had to find now was Zia and Valentina didn't think that would me much of a problem considering the shadows that seemed to be making a path.
" Zia!" Valentina called and Lila shushed her. " Invisible remember." She hissed and Valentina blushed sheepishly. " Val?" A voice replied and Zia came from around the corner her voice confused. " Right here." She responded and the two became visible. " What are you two doing here?!" Zia shouted obviously surprised at their presence. " Saving you, now come on." Valentina said allowing Zia to run past her. " I'm being tailed by a light gifted." Zia said
" I've got them now is there anything else we need to know?" Valentina asked positioning herself so she was in the middle of the hall. " There's another group of gifted I'd like to help them if we can." Zia said and then the three men arrived. " Hey you three." Valentina said her voice seductive.
" What's she doing?" Zia hissed going to protect her but Lila pulled her back. " She's got this now their names please." Lila pleaded. Valentina knocked the three to the ground before knocking them out. " How did that work?" Zia asked. " Kore enhanced our powers and I've got practice." Valentina shrugged. " Well the girls are Luthalia Tyner, Tia Smith, and Leia Smith." Zia told them. " Do you know where they are at?" Lila asked her. " Yeah follow me." Zia said before taking off with the two girls following her. When they got to the room she gestured for Zia to go in first. " Luthalia, Leia, Tia we've got company!" Zia shouted happily and she entered the room. The three girls looked at them weirdly the oldest a brown haired girl with dark brown eyes was standing protectively over the other two. " Zia who are they?" The older girl asked warily eyeing them. " I'm Valentina Osborn and this is Lila Black we came here to rescue Zia and Aqualia." Valentina interduced herself and Lila. " Can we go with you?" The younger brown haired girl asked and Valentina wondered how someone like her survived here. " Of course c'mon we need to leave the building." Lila ordered. " It's easier said then done" the orange haired girl scoffed. " We'll be fine they've got back up right." Zia assured them looking at the two for confirmation. " Yeah there's 6 of us." Lila said. " That and we are all enhanced from Kore." Valentina added. " Kore Fishcer?" The older girl asked. " Yeah how did you know?" Lila asked as the group left the room.
" My grandma met her a long time ago during the holocaust." She shrugged. " So who are you three and what can you do?" Lila asked the trio as Valentina scouted out ahead. " Well I'm Leia Alyia Smith and I have control over shadows." The older girl Leia interduced. " I'm Tia Leah Smith and I'm a plant controller." The younger girl Tia said smiling shyly.
" I'm Luthalia Alexandria Tyner and I control light." The orange haired girl Luthalia informed. " Pleasure to meet you three." Valentina smiled and the group walked through the halls until they met with the others. They said goodbye to the trio before heading back to where Seraphina and Sadie were waiting. " Oh I'm so glad you're alright." Sadie said hugging her twin tightly. " How'd it go?" Seraphina asked Cynthia. " It went pretty well honestly. Though I guess this means I'm going to have to take Kore with me when I go." Cynthia sighed picking up her sisters unconscious body.
" Hey Cynthia can I ask you something?" Liliya said stopping her aunt before she left. " Yes Liliya." Cynthia laughed rasing her eyebrow at the girl. " Can I come with you, I know you're probably busy and all, but I want to get to know both of you." Liliya asked and Valentina felt shock fill through her body. She could tell everyone was. " You'll be back right?" A voice asked and she was surprised to find that it was Zia's. " Of course I just want to get to know my family." Liliya responded. " Then go we're not stopping you. That is if Cynthia will take you." Valentina ordered making sure that her charm was making sure she did what she wanted and there would be no arguing about it. " If that's what you want I'd be thrilled to have someone other than my butler to talk to." Cynthia said and Valentina had never seen someone happier then the two right then. Liliya came up to everyone spending time with each one hugging everyone even Aqualia who seemed surprised at the action. Then she came up to Valentina. " Take care of yourself ok." Valentina said wrapping her in a hug. " I'll be fine, I've got Cynthia. Please take care of everyone for me." Liliya asked and Valentina nodded not being able to stop the tears from falling even though they had only known each other for a year. " Stay safe." Valentina told her before she joined Cynthia. " You better not replace me alright." Liliya said narrowing her eyes. " We could never do that Lil, but we might get someone new you never know who might join our bunch of misfits." Sasha grinned and she was crying horribly. Then the two dissapered. Everyone left the shed and Valentina went home wondering what adventures would await them next year.
