Chapter 1
"Mom! Im heading out!" I yell, halfway out the door. My mother slides in, "Rose? Where are you going?" She asks. "To Robyn's house!" I say and walk away. My mom is no idiot, she knows Im not going to Robyn's. Theres new neighbors. I've been waiting to see who they are. I run across the street, not noticing the car coming. "BEEP!" I hear. The car stopped. Thank god. I wave and run across the street. I get to the house. I look around. It looks nice. Flowers in front and a bright red door. I take a deep breath and knock. I've always been nervous meeting new people. The door is answered immediately. I know the face instantly. Victor Vincent Fuentes.
