I wake up and I remember nothing. I walk downstairs and I see Brendon on the couch sleeping, I wake him up scared to death. He tells me it's gonna be ok and he fills me in on everything. I instantly get mad, "I'm dropping out of school and I'm gonna get revenge" I tell Brendon. He looks at me in a concerned way, "Y/N, I will help you get revenge but you're not dropping out. I will protect you, that's what best friends are for right?" Brendon says. "I'll make a deal, you help me with revenge and I stay in school" I reply. Brendon agrees and we go to the basement and start planning.
*Brendon's POV*
Y/N.... she's just.... I don't want her to be mad anymore, I don't want her to be depressed anymore, I want her to be happy like she was before. Ever since Emily came into my life I feel like I messed things up. Am I just overthinking?
"Brendon. Hello? You there? Focus!" He looked so cute spaced out, his focused face is adorable, I love when he sticks his tongue out when he's concentrating on something. It makes me laugh, and it's a real laugh.
"Y/N, what are we planning on doing?" Brendon asks, "I don't know yet, I was thinking exposing her to the cops or to her friend but, like I said... I don't know" I replied. "We could expose her to the Guy she cheated on me with" Brendon suggested. "I don't wanna be cruel but I want her to realize that you don't like her anymore, and that she can't get in the way of our friendship because we have been threw a lot" I reply, Brendon agreed and we start working.
