Meeting of a Life Time

Chapter 5

*Bella's POV*

As we sit down next to Natalie and her husband George, Joey turns to me and says,

Joey: "So, Bella tell me about yourself."

Bella: "Well my full name is Bella Evans, I'm 21, live here in Kirkland, I have three younger sisters and they are triplets but their names are Madisen, Sylvia, and Larisa, umm what else do you want to know? Oh just so you know that my sisters are VERY big fans of yours." Then I explained the whole cheating thing with Michael.

Joey: " I'm sorry hear about that. But are your sisters here?"

Bella: "No, but they would love to meet you."

Joey: "Maybe I can meet them tomorrow?"

I shrugged. "Aren't you going home tomorrow?"

Joey: "No, I'm saying here for about another week and a half."

Bella: "Why?"

Joey: "I have the meet here in Seattle and I want to see the things here and see Natalie."

I smiled. "I don't think you will be seeing her a lot if you know what I mean." I winked. "Oh and my sisters are going that meet. Maybe we can hang out before?"

Joey laughs. "You know, your funny and cute." Then he blushes and looks away. "But hanging out before sounds nice."

Bella: "Thanks Joey."

Joey: "Want to dance? It's a slow song."

Bella: "I don't dance."

Joey: "Oh come on."

Then Joey grabbed my hand and pulled me through the people dancing.

Joey: "Okay. I think that this is a nice spot."

He put his arms around my waist and my arms went his neck. I felt very alive and safe in his arms. When we got closer I felt a shock down my back which made me get even closer to him.

Joey: "Do you sing?"

Bella: "That came out of the blue. But yes I sing."

Joey: "Well when this song is over I heard that there this karaoke machine."

Bella: "You up for the challenge Mr. Graceffa?"

Joey: "Yes I am Ms. Evans."

Dj: "Alright alright now that we have a slow song out of the way why don't have the karaoke machine up and running! Who wants to go first?"

Joey: "We will!"

Dj: "Do you guys want to battle or just sing together?"

Bella: "Battle."

Dj: "Alright alright what song would you like to sing?"

Bella: "Story of my life by One Direction. We both know the lyrics to that one."

Joey: "Alright Story of my life it is."

Dj: "Alright alright. LET'S GET THIS PARTY STARTED!"

*Joey's POV*

When Bella started singing I froze. She had the most beautiful voice ever. When it was my turn I almost missed it but I "woke up" from the trance Bella put me in. When the song ended I wasn't surprised when I found out that Bella won!

Bella: "Yes! I won!"

Joey: "I let you win Bella."

Bella: "Please, you know I won fair and square."
