so the story is in the perspective of taehyung, who is talking to jimin. he starts off writing a letter because he is waiting to meet jimin at dawn, but by the time jimin is there, taehyung has to leave. he goes on talking about how he is struggling to live apart from jimin. the eighth chapter explains that taehyung sees them as him being a night's star, and jimin, the sun, who brightens everyone's day. taehyung can only shine at night, but jimin only during the day, which is why the only time they can meet is dawn (sunrise- time between night and day).
