         Lexa's POV:
I come to a halt on my horse when we reach the clearing where the fiery object crashed at an amazing speed. I quickly survey the surrounding forest to check for any fire that could've spread from the crash. "Thank the spirits" I whisper just loud enough for myself to hear. As the gaze of my green eyes moves from the trees to the crash, I notice that the object is not a rock, but a kind of air ship. Indra and I dismount our horses and conceal ourselves behind a small mass of trees. We tie the reigns to a sturdy tree just in time for us to hear the hiss of a pressurized door opening. Indra ducks behind the tree to further conceal herself from whatever it is that's inside this.. ship. I watch as the door of this heavy-looking machine slowly open to reveal a dark space. We see movement and Indra grabs my arm and pulls me down to a crouch next to her. "Heda, we musn't be seen." I give her a nod of understanding and move just enough so I can observe what's happening. I see a medium height brunett girl emerge from the craft. She is maybe 17 or 18 winters, compared to my 19. She steps out onto the grass and crouches down, a hand on the ground. It seems as though she has never seen grass. I chuckle to myself as I hear her scream,"We're back bitches!" and laughs, rolling on the ground and stopping to look at the sky. 97 others around the same age also emerge after hearing her shouts of joy. They have similar reactions. Though they look 17-18 winters, they act like yongons (children). A few minutes later, I notice a blonde girl reveal herself from the ship. She looks at the sun and smiles a soft smile that makes me involuntarily shift on my feet. She keeps her composure, and it seems as though she is their leader. She looks around, contempt with her surroundings. She says something to a curly haired male, who is slightly taller than her. I also observe that her eyes are an obviously bright shade of blue that reminds me of a hot spring near polis. She parts from the male with her map to go into the forest. I instruct Indra to stay behind to watch for any hostile activity and assess the new arrivals' threat level while I follow and observe their leader. Indra nods her head respectfully as I begin to head off in the direction where I last saw the blonde enter the forest. As I weave through the maze of trees, my hand is placed on the hilt of my sword, in preparation of any threat. My eyes catch her golden locks not to far ahead of me. I watch her as She stumbles along with a heavy stride, tripping on every tree branch she comes across. This.. Sky person, is very clumsy, and I almost let out a small laugh when her foot catches on a branch and she falls forward. She unhooked her foot from the branch and decided to lay back. She is observing the canopy of the forest, it occurs to me that none of these... Sky people, have ever seen the simple pleasures of the forest or grass. She is still unaware of my presence until I become careless and step on a twig. I quickly chastise myself in thought, 'I'm never careless, what just happened?' She spins around towards my direction, and I manage to hide myself behind a tree just in time so she can not see me. I hear an obvious click, and I peer around the tree, just enough so my position is not compromised but so I can watch the blonde sky-leader. She is standing now, and holding out a small contraption in both of her hands, with her fingers on what seems to be a trigger. A Gun. To my luck, a large squirrel runs up a tree, and the blonde let's out a relived sigh, 'she must not think there are others here.' She relaxes her stance and puts her gun into its holster attached to her belt. I look further into her appearance, and notice how fair her skin is. She is wearing skinny black pants, which I do not see how anyone could find practical. She has a loose blue-gray shirt on, with buttons going slightly past her cleavage. On top of that she has a thin black jacket on. Thinking she is alone, she let's go of her take-charge composure, and spins around in awe as she is wonderstruck, taking in all the forest has to offer. Suddenly, an arrow flies right by her head, hitting the tree behind her, causing her to gasp and freeze. She quickly snaps out of her frozen state and reaches for her gun, which I know understand is her only weapon, but is interrupted when she is quickly surrounded by 7 to 8 I my people. They have white war pain on and scars littered on their faces. 'Azgeda.' I assess the threat level, knowing I can take the warriors, and decide to wait to see if they will say anything before swooping in to save this girl from the sky. They back her up to a tree, swords wielded, without saying a word. A quick expression of fear flashes across her face when a warrior puts a sword to her neck, but she manages to hide it quickly, turning it to the stoic expression that every leader must maintain in times of danger or war. I can tell the Azgedan warrior which has the sword to the blonde's throat will not back down, (I believe he is their leader) and none of the others seem to be ready to speak. I step out from behind my hiding place, just as the presumed leader presses his sword harder to the girls throat, causing a thin line of red to seep out of the fresh cut.  I put on my own stoic expression and yell, "Chil yu daun. Daun laik hedon." (Stand down. That's an order.) in my native language of Trideselang. His warriors make their stance less threatening and bow to me in fear, recognizing me as their Heda (commander) and sheathed their swords. The leader, however, does not do the same. "Ai don tel yu op, chil yu daun." (I told you, Stand down.) He stays in his place and speaks in English for the skyperson "Sorry Heda, but I do not take orders from you." I feel myself tense with a rage of the disrespect he has shown me, but keep my stoic composure. "You will do as I say or I will have your head on a spike outside the walls  of Polis. Your choice." I reply cooly. He contemplates this, then removes the sword from the girls neck before hitting her hard in the stomach with the hilt of his sword. His face lit up with a dangerously evil grin. The skygirl doubles over in pain and drops to her knees, coughing up a little blood. 'That must have injured her, she probably needs help, but then again, Why do I feel the need to save her if she isn't one of my people?' Without a second thought, I reach for my dagger. I unsheath it and throw it with incredible accuracy, right into his neck, causing him to gurgle and have blood flow continuously out of his mouth. He looks at me, then drops to his knees. I purposefully step closer to him and crouch down to him, calmly saying, "Yu gonplei ste odon" (your fight is over) and then as if on command, he falls, A pool of blood surrounding him. I turn away from him to face the others. "Would anyone else like to disrespect your commander?" I say in Trideselang. They all bow and say "No Heda" in unison. I nod my head and tell them to leave us and take the body. They all scurry away in fear as I glare at each one of them, silently cursing them. Once they have left with their fallen one. I turn to the sky person, who is still on her knees. I crouch beside her, and she looks up at me in fear, her stoic expression long gone. "It's okay, your safe now." I see her visibly relax at this. I am taken aback by her beauty. I could tell she was beautiful from afar, but she is absolutely gorgeous up close. 'What am i thinking? Stop it Lexa, you are the commander of twelve clans! You will not be distracted by some girl who fell from the sky.' I tear a piece of cloth from my shirt and wrap it around the small cut that has been seeping out blood slowly from her neck. She tenses when i first touch the wound before putting on the makeshift bandage. I notice this I say,"It will help if you relax a bit" I offer her a warm smile, and she returns it, her light blue eyes piercing through my green ones, as if trying to read me. I notice that we have looked at each other's eyes for a little longer than I thought and look back to her neck, securely tying the makeshift bandage. I stand up and hold out my hand, once again looking down and into her eyes. She takes my forearm, and as I pull her up, she grunts in pain, almost falling back down. "Let me help you." I say, concern lacing my voice. She nods and I wrap my arms around her waist and hold up most of her body weight. Even though she is light I am trying to make sure that I don't pain her wounds much more. I turn and start walking, but feel her body tug at my arm. I turn back around and she manages in her pain to get out a question, "Who are you?"
