Clem's pov Ken is Kenny for short
Ken: so I'm going to teach you how to drive
Clem: yes
Ken: alright so we are going down to Florida
Clem: okay
Ken: so head straight there is a town named Prescott alright
Clem: okay so why are we going there
Ken: it's a settlement
I nod and start to drive in the direction of the town.
TIME SKIP
Gabe's pov
We are all in the van again. Ugh I'm always in this stupid van. But I guess it keeps us going. But I would like to met new people at least. Maybe even a girl WAIT WHAT GABE STOP. I could use a friend that understands me and can talk to me. Maybe just maybe. We found a settlement just a few miles from here named Prescott. Good I don't want to be on this van all the time.
Mari: hey Gabe
I turn and look at Mari
Gabe: yes Mari
Mari: uh you want to play a game
Gabe: sure
Mari: alright let's play I spy
Gabe: okay I'll go first

I say smiling at her.

We stop and look at Prescott I read the sign. I see another car pull up beside us I see a guy,girl, and a little boy. The girl had hazel eyes and curly hair and a hat on. I look at the guy he had a brown hat green jacket and he has an eyepatch. I look at the boy he had overalls on and a green shirt under neath it. The girl looks at me and waves I wave back.
Javi: um hey
Guy: hey what y'all doing here
Javi: we are resting for a little bit
Girl: um hey
I see the girl walk up to me.
Gabe: oh um hey
Clem: I'm Clementine but you can call me Clem
I smile at her.
Gabe: I'm Gabriel but you can call me Gabe
She smiles at me. I hear Mari giggle.
Mari: Gabe can you come over here for a sec
I look at her.
Gabe: um sure
I walk over to her
Mari: you like her don't you
Gabe: what do you mean
Gabe: I barley even know her
Clem: hey Gabe
I turn around and see that she is holding a baby.
Gabe: hey um who is this
I say smiling at the boy
Clem: he is Aj it stands for Alvin junior and that he is Kenny.
I look at the guy with the eyepatch. I smile at him and wave. He glares at me huh what did I do.
Gabe: he is um glaring at me
Clem: Kenny stop
Kenny starts walking over to me.
Ken: don't you dare do anything to her you hear me
Javi: HEY BACK OFF
Clem: KENNY STOP
Clem's pov
I grab Kenny's sleeve and pull him away from Gabe.
Clem: what the fuck is wrong with you
Kenny: language
Clem: I don't care
Clem: this is the third time I met some one my age please stop
Kenny: fine but he better not touch you

He looks at me start in the eye

Clem: I'm mean he is a boy and he is sorta

I continue to start at Gabe
Kenny: um okay then darling
He looks in my direction staring at Gabe

I walk over to Gabe
Gabe: h-hey Clem we were just tal-
I wrap him into a hug. He pulls away
Gabe: um I g-gotta go see you later
I turn around and look at Kenny and grin at him.
Clem: I just touched him
Kenny: stop that
2 hours later
I see Gabe on top of the roof. It's the middle of the night what is he doing? I get up there and say.
Clem: hey Gabe
I see him wipe his eyes really quick.
Gabe: oh um hey Clem
I sit beside him and he looks the other way.
Clem: is there something wrong Gabe
Gabe: my... Dad
Clem: oh is he dead
Gabe: I don't know we got separated at the beginning of the apocalypse so.
He looks down again
Gabe: I don't know anymore
I look at him sadly I know how he feels I seen to many people die.
Clem: I-i know how that feels
He looks at me face is red from crying. I look into his brown eyes and he looks into my hazel ones. I lean in he does to our lips barely touching.
Ken: Clem what are you doing
I immediately pull away. I turn and see Kenny
Clem: n-nothing
Kenny: come on we gotta go to bed
Clem: but we-we ugh
I get up and walk down with Kenny
Clem: what hell Kenny
Kenny: you were going to kiss him
Clem: so
He looks angry
Kenny: go to bed
Clem: ugh your shit
I get in bed and gotta sleep.
