I run until the hospital security pins me down. "Patient 50589 located," he says and stabs me with something in the back. Everything goes black . . .

I wake up to a nurse calling my name. I open my eyes and see Nurse Susan smiling at me. "Serenity! Seraph and Crew wouldn't eat, drink, or sleep until you woke up!" She's my favourite nurse, she actually cares about my well-being and my feelings.

I gently sit up and take the water she keeps offering, "Thank you." I say quietly. I hand her the cup and she leaves. In about two minutes, Seraph and Crew jump on my bed. I look at them blankly.

"Susan helped us sneak out of our room to-" Crew starts but Seraph finishes.

"See you! Aren't you-" They have this thing where they can finish their sentences and have secret conversations in their mind. No one knows why they're hear, well, the two friends probably know why they are. They pretty much know everything. A doctor was pregnant and they both stated it aloud and the doctor quit because she didn't tell anyone.

I block out what they are saying and crash my head on the pillow and close my eyes. "Siren!" Crew whines and lays on me. Seraph jumps on top of him and I groan in pain.

"Nurse Susan! Take patients 50587 and 50588 to their room!" I yell. Everyone's number is on a white patch that is connected to all of their clothes. She comes in and makes them leave. I wave evilish and they flip me off, smiling.

I take out the newest iPhone from under my pillow, we're very privleaged. We get whatever we want, I chose books and a phone. That's all I need. I open Instagram and took a selfie sticking out my tongue and put up a peace sign. We're able to have social media but we can't post very personal stuff, like how we're treated. We are only privleaged because it was like a "if we give you whatever you want, you can't speak about here" type of thing.

I'm not special, I'm a basic teenager. When I was still at my old school I had a lot of friends. I wasn't popular I was just well-known. I was nice to everyone and anyone. Is it my fault that I'm here? Was I too nice and understanding? What did I do wrong? I'll ask my therapist tomorrow.

Nurse Stacey comes in with my meds and a cup of water on a tray. We don't get along. She straight up tried to kill me! I'm surprised she wasn't fired. I bet she made up some lie.

I try to impersonate her in my mind.

"Oh! You know I mixed up the pills! I would never hurt innocent Sally!" She probably said something like that.

"I'm not taking that," I say between clenched teeth.

"Oh! Is that so?" she says bitterly. I nod, earning a chuckle from her. She strides over to me and plugs my nose with her free hand. I gasp and she shoves the pill in my mouth and tilts my forehead to the ceiling and makes me drink the water. She closes my mouth, I swallow the pill, and she opens my mouth to check if I hid it under my tongue.

"Was that so hard?" she asks chuckling.

"Yes, it actually was. Don't ask if you know the answer, it's awfully rude," I say and she smacks me. I put my hand to my cheek and take it off seeing blood from her ring. I look up at her and lunge forward. I jumped on her and punch her over and over. She reaches for the button that calls security. She pushes it and alarms go off.

Gaurds rush in and pull me off of her. My personal doctor (everyone has one) comes in and inject me with something. It doesn't make me pass out but gets me weaker. I go limp in the gaurds' arms. They carry me out of the room, me still numb and pissed off.

All the other 'patients' stare at me as I'm dragged to the middle of all the rooms. I'm thrown in the big gray cage that I'm so used to. You are held in here for two to three weeks without food, but they do give you a jug of water every two days, it all depends on what you do.

I fall asleep for about a few hours but wake up in the middle of the night. I hear dog chains and sit up in the corner. A German Shepherd growls at me as it gets closer to the cage. It gnaws at me and claws at the rusty bars. I hear growls behind me and turn to the noise. I fall backwards as I see hundreds of the watch dog's eyes.

Yes, there's guards dog. This place has high security. But it's my first time ever running into the dogs. There are different types of dogs. My favourite dog breed are the pitbulls. They're the nicest breed here. Circus is probably the nicest dog you'll ever meet. Well, only when Circus isn't on duty. Sadly, that breed isn't on duty tonight.

I scaring them away but I doesn't work. I crawl to the middle of the cage and fall asleep again.

"Wake up! Do you want food or not?" one of the workers say. My head perks up and I latch onto the cages bars. He laughs and kicks at my knuckles. I fall backwards and clutch my hands to my chest yelping out.

I fall asleep wailing after the gaurds hit me with staff like objects.

A/N: Hello, lovelies. I had to cut this short so the next chapter makes sense.
