Sohye have disappeared so suddenly. No one knew where she went or what happened to her. You have been staying in your own room for a week now, trying to process everything. 'If I am an ancient wolf, then that means everyone is going to aim for me. Oh no! That also means the Alpha sehun will be coming for me.' At that, tears started to gather into your eyes. You know that by now the information has been revealed by your parents had already reached to him.
By that thought, you stood up instantly, heading to Jungkook's office. You needed to let him know before anything happens so sudden. You opened the door of your room and stepped out of it, to be met by pairs of eyes that are wide open. 'Of course, who wouldn't be surprised?' You thought while mentally rolling your eyes. You passed them as you jogged to his office.
You opened the office's door, to see that Jungkook has his head on the table.......sleeping? You went by his side and poked his arm, he instantly sat up, clearing his throat and completing his work.
"Yes beta?" He said, his voice was hoarse. "Y/N is okay? Is the pack oka-" he finally met your eyes to see it widen by shock. He stood up and hugged you tight, "Fuck, don't do that ever again Y/N. Don't lock yourself ever again cause damn that shit will scare me to death." His head was put into your neck where your mark was laid.
You hugged him back, as you pat his back awkwardly. He finally pulled back and looked at you straight to the eye, "Now tell me, what's wrong?" He said, his face covered with worry. It's the first time you see him like this, he usually has this cold face mask on him and he wouldn't dare to show any emotion. But now he was opening up to you, letting you see everything that he used to cover.
You sat on the sofa, as he did the same. "Well, you don't really know how I did end up next to the river." You said as you looked up at him. So you told him about what happened and how your "pack" were against the royals. "But that's not all, now since everyone is going to know about me being an ancient wolf, Alpha sehun would probably hunt for me. He would want me to carry his pups so that he could have a powerful heirs in the future. He wants to take your place on being the king of werewolves. So to shorten it all, he wants to challenge you for your position so expect him to come for a war anytime soon."

You went to visit Jin, as you both didn't speak for a while. You stood in front of the house that he was given, you took in a deep breath as you are scared of his reaction. You rose your hand and knocked the door, there was no answer at first so you knocked again to be met with a groan. "What do they want now? Can't they let a person live their life a little?" With that he opened the door.
At first he just stood there, looking at you as if you were a ghost. He then squealed as loud as he could and pulled you into a hug. "Bitch! Where were you? I missed you oh my fucking god- I never missed someone this much." He said as he pulled away and wiped a fake tear from underneath his left eye. He then proceeded to drag you into his house and sat you on the sofa. "Since you are here now. I want you to taste my bakes that I have done this morning. I can assure you it is fantastic but I want someone to tell me it is- I don't know I don't know, just taste it" he smiled widely as he offered you a chocolate cookie.
You took a bite from it as it melted into your mouth, you closed your eyes as you moaned. "This thing is spectacular!" You said as you ate the whole cookie. "I know right? Now I want you to taste this cupcake." He said but he wasn't as hyper as he was, nervousness was present in his eyes but you ignored that, thinking that he was nervous about your opinion of his cupcake.
As he gave you the cupcake, it looked odd for some reason but you shrugged it off and ate it. It tasted as a normal cupcake, but then you started to get dizzy as you started to cough and your eyes got teary which made it hard for you to see everything 'cause everything was blurry.
At last you lost your consciousness and laid on the floor but you did hear jin saying an apology before blacking out.

You woke up in a dark room, tied to a chair. The only light that was coming was from the glass that looks like a scientist lab where they run experiments on someone. You could see a shadow standing behind that glass. You gave up on trying to figure out who was it, your head hung down as tears gathered into your eyes.
'I trusted Jin, but he broke it. Now I'm scared causeI don't know what will happen to me.' You thought in your mind as tears ran down your cheeks.
Everything in the room fell silent so sudden, but it was soon filled with a voice you did recognize so clearly. His voice echoed into the room through the speakers.
"You thought I would let you go this easily?"
----- Okay this chapter was a bit longer than the others. I do plan on writing long chapters but I'm just scared that everything will turn messy and I would run out of ideas, so please understand when the chapter is short.
A couple of chapters are left and this book will be completed. After that there will be one or two bonus chapters talking about taehyung's journey of finding his mate. Hope you did enjoy this chapter though!
