The rain hadn't let up all night. Elena watched the rain drops drizzle down the hotel window pane.

Dean's voice interrupts her thoughts, "Hey, I'm gonna order a pizza, what do you want on your half?"

"Just the usual pepperoni please. And make sure you get a 2L of Coke! This hotel is seriously lacking in its vending machine inventory," Elena responds.

Dean dials the local pizza place while Elena pours over the case files they received earlier that day. She frowns in frustration, learning nothing new from the files.

Dean hangs up the phone and flops down next to Elena on the mattress. The mattress lets out a grown, creaking under his weight.

"Cheap ass motel springs," Dean mutters.
Elena adjusts herself to Dean's sudden weight on the bed. A slight blush creeps up her porcelain skin as she does so.

"Alright, what are we watching tonight?" Elena asks flipping through the cable channels.

"Ooohhh!" Elena yells excitedly. "Friday the 13th is on!! We got lucky tonight, Winchester!"

Dean rolls his eyes, "Elena don't you ever get tired of watching this crap? Our entire life is a marathon of Friday the 13th."

"Just shut up and watch the movie, Winchester," Elena replies sassily with a sly wink.

Two hours later, the credits have begun to roll and the last of the pizza lies between Dean and Elena. Deans eyes are heavy as he looks over at Elena. Shes staring at the tv, eyes wide open, and her jaw muscles are tense.

"Hey Elena, what's wrong? Didn't like the movie?" He asks while reaching for her arm.

Elena flinches at his touch.

"No it's not that, it's, the movie was fine. It's fine. I'm fine. Don't worry about it."

The rain continues to pour down, covering the sidewalks and flooding the parking lot outside their window.

"Elena." Dean says gruffly. Reaching tentatively for her hand. He grabs it and begins to rub his thumb gently over hers.

"You can tell me everything or you can tell me nothing at all," he tells her. "I'm still gonna be here either way."

Elena just nods her head, desperately trying to hold back the tears of frustration that are demanding to fall. Despite her best efforts, a few stray tears have made their way to her lower lashes.

Dean watches as they slide down her porcelain cheek bones.  He instinctively wipes her tears away before they have the chance to slide down any farther. He couldn't stand to see her in any type of pain. Especially, if he was the one causing said pain

Elena's point of view.

I choke back my tears and struggle to find the words my heart so desperately wants to tell him. I had only been around him for a couple of months. But that's all it had taken. I'd fell for him. But he couldn't know that, not yet anyways. The timing was wrong. But would it ever be right?

There was something about tonight that put the final nail in my Dean Winchester coffin. We'd had this night a hundred times, but there was something different about tonight. I had wanted more. I wanted to cuddle up next to him and feel his arms wrap me tightly. I wanted to feel his lips on mine. I wanted to feel wanted by him. I wanted him.
