"I'm leaving for work, I put the dog on his leash outside" my mom yelled to me as she was walking out the back door.
"Okay, goodnight mom." I yelled back. I heard her van start and drive away.
About ten minutes later, I hear my dog barking. I go outside to see what's wrong. My dog is barking at the forest near my house and I see movement. I decide to go see what it was. As soon as he sees my face he kisses me and I
immediately kiss him back. It always feels right to kiss Mason. I love him. Then it dawns on me and I remember everything. He cheated on me. I smack him with all my strength and he falls down a steep hill.
"Ow!" Mason yells as he gets up. He isn't angry at all.
"You deserved it!" I yell. I am very angry. Mason walks closer to me until we are only a few inches away.
"It seemed like you liked it. I mean it was about 10 minutes long" he walks closer to me and I walk backwards until my back hits a tree and I'm cornered.
"Puh-lease, I know way better kissers than you"
"Yeah right" Mason says, closing the gap between us he touches my back and tingles run down my spine, my heart beats faster. "I know you feel something, when we are together. I know that you still love me and I want you to know that I am still completely and undeniably in love with you. I know that I hurt you and I will spend all the time in the world making it up to you. Please, Emily, just give me a chance."
