The barren trees and fields of snow,
Gives one a grim feeling of despair.
But my friend, you do not know what I know,
About what is really hidden there.

Underneath the frigid ice
and atop the barren trees,
hides a great secret of delight,
that you'll fall in awe to your knees.

For behind the white starkness, lies a sparkling beauty
glittering like a thousand diamonds
out on display for all to see
If only you'd look, your world would surely be brightened.

So now that you've seen the true beauty, take my hand
and we'll go walking together, through this glistening winter wonderland.

I hope ya'll are enjoying these. I really miss my creative writing class 😓
