Nelia Santos is Cristiano Ronaldo's little sister. They're not "real" siblings because Cristiano's family adopted Nelia when her parents abandonned her in Madeira when she was 2.
Now, she's 23 and Cristiano's 25. They live together in Madrid because Nelia is studying sport there.
Nelia is also Antoine Griezmann's girlfriend for 2 years now.
