Depression

There are signs of depression.
And these are the signs that I've learned lately.

1. Depressed mood or sadness (for what seems to be no reason)

2. Lack of energy and feeling tired all the time.

3. Withdrawal of friends or family.

4. Inability to concentrate.

5. Feeling of guilt and worthlessness.

6. Thoughts about death and suicide.

7. Enable to enjoy things that used to bring pleasure.

8. Significant weight loss or gain.

9. Aches and pain (with no known medical cause)

10. Pessimism or indifference ( not caring about anything in the present or the future)

If you have more than 5 of these signs, you need to have help from your parents. If they can't help, go to your closest friends or go to a therapy and be treated.

Depression changes our attitude and even life.

You can treat your depression by doing some activities like exercise, yoga and art.

Depression can be simple or severe.

Severe depression is thinking about killing themselves. When you know someone who is thinking about killing themselves, you should report to they'r parents or siblings. You might actually save a life if you won't tell anyone about they'r problems.

Other people think that depression is just sadness, we'll it's not.

Sadness is just a feeling and you can move on. Sadness won't last a day.

While depression is feeling down all the time with no reason. And it also makes us feel empty. depression can lasts a week, year, or even longer.

You should tell someone you trust about your depression because it might be too much for you to handle already.

Depression changes our behaviour and it also makes us down and lonely.

We shouldn't hide our feelings from your parents or closest friends.
