After a few months after the 'sick Jeff and d/n fun time' Jeff and d/n noticed that d/n was getting fatter. Jeff started joking saying that d/n was pregnant but that couldn't be possible right? I mean d/n is male. Well it turns out d/n was in fact pregnant. Jeff was so happy but d/n on the other hand was nervous. He knew it would hurt, so many things could go wrong, what if the creepypastas disowned them. Well it would only be a matter of time before they found out so its now or never.
