This is my first time drawing dragons in a long time, so I hope it works. Everything is a bit wobbly and weird, and I referenced the crap out of it, but I did it and faster than I thought I would XD
Sorry there isn't much detail. If I tried to draw in the scales, it would've been really messy and hard to look at. Also, the feet suck. I hate drawing feet so much. Also, sorry there isn't any color. I don't have my colored pencils at my house right now, but it ended up working out.
Stuff about her (If I don't win, this part will be moved to my OC book. Molly, if you pick this dragon, feel free to change anything that might not work with your dragons)
Name: Moonchaser
Gender: Female
Tribe: one half Nightwing, one fourth Icewing, one fourth Rainwing
Sexuality: Pansexual/Demiromantic
Appearance: Her appearance is mostly that of a Nightwing, especially in the shape of the head and body. However, her body is a bit too long, her wings a bit too big and her legs a bit too short to really nail the look. She has the trademark ruff and prehensile tail of the Rainwings. Her ruff is usually kinda droopy and weird, so she prefers to keep it folded up most of the time. On the Icewing side, she mostly has her coloration, but she does have the eyes and tail spikes of an Icewing. There are also some really strange horn nubs between her actual horns that look like they could be the beginnings of an Icewing horn ruff, but they never grew in. Most of her scales ate a very dark, smokey grey, with her belly, the underside of her tail, the backs of her legs and her wing and ruff membranes being white. There are sparkling scales reminiscent of stars on her wing and ruff membranes, similar to those of a Nightwing, though they're sometimes hard to see on her white scales.
Abilities: She has very weak fire and frost breath, neither really strong enough to do much at all. She can change the colors of her white scales and add a bit of colored hue on her grey ones. Though she was born under a full moon, she doesn't have proper Nightwing powers and instead only gets vague impressions of what another dragon is feeling.
Personality: Since Moonchaser's breath weapons and Nightwing powers are weak and almost useless, and her oddly shaped body makes her slow and cumbersome in a fight, she tends to rely more on her cleverness to get out of sticky situations than her strength. She's usually very quiet, especially around other dragons, preferring to observe rather than interact. She doesn't like to move much either when she's in enclosed spaces, due to her clumsiness. However, when she's alone and in the open, one of her favorite things to do is run, and she always seems to have boundless energy. That's part of the reason why she was named Moonchaser, since she tried to chase the moons every time they were full when she was younger. She loves to fly, and her larger than average wings help her glide for much longer than otherwise.
