"Fine....." Cas said regretting asking them for help. "It's fine if you don't want to... I mean I can do it myself I just thought you would want to help. Considering you guys haven't had a case in a few months..." "Wait you found us a case?" Dean said standing up and walking to Sam. "Here sit down Dean." Sam told Dean as he saw Dean wobbling. "Woosh!" Just like that Cas was gone. "Cas? Castiel!" Sam shouted. "I hate it when he does that." Dean told Sam. "Woosh!" And just like that he was back. "Castiel! What happened where did you go?" Sam asked getting kinda mad. Castiel had a Walgreens bag in his hand. "What's that?" Dean asked curious. "I got you some stuff. The woman at the counter told me that this is what you buy when you get sick." Cas said with a smile as he handed Dean 2 bag of lemon flavored cough-drops, 2 bags of caramel hard candies, and 3 bottles of bubblegum cough serum. "Cas, really?" Dean said angrily, "I told you I'm fine!" Dean yelled at him. "Dean!" Sam yelled at him. "He was just trying to help." Cas looked down at his feet. "Sorry man... Thanks I will definitely need all of these things." Dean put his arm on Cas' shoulder and smiled in a desperate attempt to cheer the angel up. Castiel smiled like the 5 year old he was. After Dean took some of the bubblegum cough serum, Sam said, "Now Cas, about this case you found us." "Oh yes, the case. It's a witch." Cas answered swiftly. "OK K-2SO. How do you know." Dean answered sarcastically. "I don't think you would like to know..." Cas said again looking at his feet, like he was ashamed. "Castiel, how do you know?" Sam asked getting nervous. "You can't be mad..." Castiel said. "Cas!" Dean said angrily. "OK, you said you wouldn't be mad... but I know because.... Well.... Balthazar told me..." Cas said with pure terror in his eyes. "WHAT! YOU TALKED TO BALTHAZAR! AND LISTENED TO HIM?" Sam screamed. Castiel looked white as a ghost. Dean piped in. "It's OK Cas, we said we wouldn't get mad. And we're not. Isn't that right Sam?" Dean said as he gave his argue with me and you will die face. "That's right... Sorry Castiel, I didn't mean to upset you." Sam said to the angel. "It's in Greenbow Michigan, it's been turning people into smaller humans and eating them." Castiel explained. "How small is it making them?" Dean asked. "It's making them small, very small. They can barely run without assistance." Cas said to the brothers, in a small child like voice. Dean looked confused, "Sam can I talk to you outside? Like now!" Dean said with a very serious face. "Yeah, sure. Give us a minute Castiel." Sam said to the angel and walked outside with Dean. "Do you think Cas is OK?" Dean asked in his paranoid voice. Sam knew that voice all too well. Dean talked like that Sam's first day of school. It was Dean's way of showing that he was worried about someone, or something, in this case. "Dean you're being paranoid. Nothings wrong with Cas." Sam said smiling at his big brother.
