"Umm... How are we supposed to put him into the car?" Dean asked holding little Cas. "Just put him in the back." Sam said as he opened the car door. "No! We can't just put him in there. He needs a car seat and supplies." Dean said. Little Cas put his head on shirtless Dean's shoulder and began to fall asleep. "I'll sit in the back seat with him until we get to the motel." Dean said climbing into the back seat as Cas began to shiver. "Oh and turn on the heat. I think he's cold." Dean told Sam hold Cas like he was him kid. "OK... I'll drive." Sam said as he closed the door, walked over to the driver's side, and got in. "CLICK" Sam turned on the heat. "So you want to go back to motel first, right?" Sam asked looking behind him at the small angel resting on Dean shirtless chest. "Yeah I need a shirt." After a few minutes they were back at the motel. "Sam, stay in the car with Cas." Dean said as he placed the sleeping angel on his back in the seat. "Watch him!" Dean said then ran into the motel. Cas was curled up into a ball. Cas' hair was sticking up in every-which-way, Sam though it was rather cute. Then Dean got in the car with a new shirt and a small raggedy blanket. "OK now we gotta go get some supplies!" Dean said as he picked up the angel and placed the blanket where he was. Then Dean laid Cas on top of the blanket and wrapped him up in it. "We need to find the closest kid friendly store, and go there." Dean said. Dean pulled Cas over to him and put him hand by him. "Alright, what about Walgreens? It's pretty close..." Sam asked looking in the rearview mirror. "Yeah sounds good." Dean told him as Cas grabbed Dean's finger. "So how are we going to fix him?" Sam asked as they pulled into Walgreens. "I don't know, but something tells me he's gonna be a handful." Dean said.

Sam turned off the car and got out. "Sam go get a cart for the stuff." Dean said. "Right I'll be right back." Sam said as he took off into the store and came out with a cart. Dean go out of the car and put Cas out. Then he gently put Cas on his shoulder and put the blanket on top of him. "OK, I got him. Let's go. And let me explain the baby." Dean said as they walked into the store with little Cas on his shoulder. "I hope no one thinks we're gay." Sam said as they walked to the baby aisle. "Sam do you think he still needs diapers?" Dean asked staring at the endless stacks of diapers. "Excuse me," a woman said from down the aisle, "You boys look like you could use so help. I'm carol!" She said walking over to them. "Hi carol." The Sam said. "What's his name?" She asked. "Castiel, but we call him Cas." Dean said smiling at sleeping Cas. "Well that's a very interesting name. Are you first time dads?" She asked. "Oh... No. This isn't my kid it's his," Sam said pointing at Dean. Dean looked surprised until Sam said, "I'm just the brother trying to help out." Sam seemed to talk real hesitatingly. "Oh that's very sweet. Can I help with something?" She asked. "Uhh yes, do you think he would wear diapers?" Dean asked as Cas started to wake up. Castiel sat up and rubbed his eyes. "Well that depends on how old he is." She said. "Uhh well he's 2 years old." Dean said rubbing Cas' back as he laid his head on Dean's shoulder. "Then yes. Every item here for children are labeled by age." She said. "Does he eat real food yet, or baby food?" Sam asked. "Cense he's 2 you'll want to give him 3 meals a day plus 1 or 2 snacks. But try to give him finger foods that don't require him to need a fork or a spoon." She said. "If you need anything else, just shout." "Thank you! your are a lifesaver!" Dean yelled at her as she walked away. Castiel was awake and playing with the buttons on Dean's shirt. "OK, you get diapers, butt cream, a hair brush, and baby powder." Dean said to Sam as Cas smiled and squeezed Dean's face. "Wait what are you going to do?" Sam asked overwhelmed. "I'm gonna take Cas to get some toddler food. After this we'll get him an outfit." Dean said. Then he patted Sam's shoulder and walked away.
