I sat down on my bed the Cullen's had given me a room closest to Emmett's since I had nowhere else to go

"What was that about?"he asked closing the door

"Bella and I don't really get along"I said as I laid back against the pillows at the head of the bed he lays beside me

"I can tell"he said looking up at me I shook my head

"She's the reason why I stayed away from forks so long I mean I love this place it's like home and..."I paused looking down

"She didn't wanna come back"he said finishing my sentence like always

"No she hates forks well at least she used to"I said laughing shaking my head I then looked up to see him staring at me

"What?"I asked

"Nothing it's just your eyes are so big and blue"he said

"Oh..."he cuts me off laughing

"No that's not what I meant every time I look at them it's hard for me to look away"he said I blushed and then stared at him for a moment

"What was that for?"he asked once I leaned in and kissed his cheek I blushed

"That was for not pushing me away"I said he scoots over and kisses me I placed my hand on his shoulder and then on his cheek his hand comes to my cheek making me gasp he pulls away

"Sorry"he said I grabbed his hand shaking my head

"No it's a good kind of cold I like it"I said as I grabbed his collar and pulled him back into the kiss which he didn't hesitate to kiss me back

I got out of Emmett's jeep as we arrived at school he throws his arm around my shoulder intertwining our fingers I looked around to see everyone looking at us I hid myself in Emmett's side

"What?"he asked

"Everyone's staring I hate it"I said he looks down at me

"They can't believe a girl like you got with a guy like me"he said I gave him a look

"Their words not mine"he defended himself I rolled my eyes

"Oh cmon"he said kissing my cheek making me laugh

"Alright I have to get to my locker Rosalie and Alice are waiting on me"I told him

"I'll see you at lunch"he said kissing my cheek once more

"See you"I said as I went to go meet up with Alice and Rosalie

"Oh Alex we were just talking about you"Alice said her usually chirpy self

"She already has your books"Jasper said

"How did you...."I cut myself off and sighed remembering she was a vampire

"Never mind"I said shaking my head

"Are you excited? you're finally sitting with us at lunch"Rosalie said hooking her arms through mine and Alice

"I am?"I asked confused
