I wake up to the bright sunlight shining through my windows. They took Levi. I sighed and went down stairs. I was thinking about when I was a kid and I want down to Exile to heal Fintan's mind. How when Alden saw Prentice his mind broke and Fitz needed someone to blame and that was, well..., me. Now Fitz, on a daily basis, screams at me. I won't give the details because you will see it soon enough. Even how hard I try to keep him happy, it's just not working! Today is one of my final attempts to make him happy before a blow a fuse. Today I got up especially early to make him his favourite food; Chocolate-Mint Ripplefuffs. (Even though it's more of a dessert then a meal, whatever makes him happy). I open the top cupboard there it was, all my ingredients:

After I am done making Ripplefuffs, I hear footsteps coming down the stairs. Fitz. "Sophie?" He called.
"Yes?"
"Have you found Levi?"
I looked at him, "No."
"So... you haven't been trying?"
"I have been trying Fitz."
"Then why haven't you found her?"
"I'm not a conjurer. Even if I was then I would have to know where she was before I snap my fingers."
"Tack her with your mind. Like you do in Base Quest when you track me and Keefe."
"Fitz, we went overs this. I HAVE TRIED."
"Really?"
"Why wouldn't I want to get my own daughter back?!"
"You haven't been trying."
"I- have." I slumped down in a chair. I didn't have the energy to talk back to him. I didn't want to. Tears were welling in my eyes.
"This would of never happened if you really tried. If you were really trying you would've walked faster. If you really tried you would've acted the way you acted when you were battling-"
I started to cry, "Fitz you're just putting more pressure on me."
"How?"
"Of course I want my daughter back."
"How is that pressure?" Fitz snapped.
"You are putting more pressure on me. Even more now because I am pregnant alright!"
"Well... that is not going to make things better!"
I scoffed. "You think I want my daughter to be taken by the Neverseen!" I repeated. I shoved him the Ripplefluffs. I hastily got up, grabbed my cape and dashed out the door. I looked back, expecting to regret yelling at Fitz, crying, dashing out of the house with no explanation.

Nothing.

As I looked back I saw Bloomshire; my home for the last time before I leaped to Havenfield.
