Ravens POV:

I groaned as I opened my heavy eyelids, I looked around and saw that in was back in this manky cell. I groaned holding my neck. I saw the girl I saved from before was still unconscious and had been moved to the cell next to mine. I grabbed the bar and tried to bend it but it wouldn't budge. I growled in frustration WHY WONT MY POWERS WORK?! I sat down and put my head between my knees. WHY ME? "Thank you." a small voice whispered, I snapped my head up to see the girl now fully awake. I smiled at her. "No problem, are you ok?"  I asked. She nodded weakly. "you shouldn't of done that. Master is going to make your life hell." I sighed. "Your only human, I'm stronger then you." She looked puzzled. "I'm not human..." She licked her dry, chapped lips. I waited for her to proceed. "im a mermaid." She looked up at me her aqua blue eyes in deep concentration. "I thought mermaids eyes were purple?" I asked. "No...well yes but not me." He hair was a deep ocean blue with lighter blue and green running through it. "I haven't swam in ages though." She gave me a strained smile. He is making some sort of big tank into the wall in his dining room." She looked away. "so he's going to put you in a tank and pretend you are a fish?!" I gasped. She meekly nodded. "well I guess I am a fish in a way, least ill be in water." I nodded. "he's coming for you." He smile turned into a frown. "ill see you through the glass." I gave her a sad smile and nodded. Suddenly the door burst open and the mermaid girl flinched. "um...what's your name?" I whispered. "its Seienna." I smiled and nodded. "mine is-" I was cut off by my 'master' grabbing my arm. 'bye' I mouthed to her and she nodded.

Ashleys POV:

They glared at me there eyes turning amber. One leapt for me and I easily dodged his punch and delivered one right in his jaw. he groaned in pain and I took that to my advantage punching him in the chest. I heard a crack and he screamed. I smirked grabbing his head and snapping his neck. He whimpered before collapsing. "what a waste..." I growled at them. "Mess with me again and I will make you wish you were never born." They backed up and me and Chloe grabbed our stuff and drove home.

"that was...AWESOME!!!" Chloe yelled, I just smirked. "so...do you want to watch a movie?" I nodded. "lets change into our sleepwear first. I changed into a red tank top and long pj bottoms that were red with white hearts. We sat in front of the TV and put a horror movie. I went to do the popcorn. Chloe was wearing a dark purple tank top and black and white zebra print bottoms. I walked in with a two bottles of coke and a bag of popcorn, Chloe didn't even notice me she was to involved in the movie. We watched about six movies and it was about three in the morning. I turned the TV off and we went to bed.

I woke to the sun shining through the curtains. Chloe was already awake staring at me I Yelled. "WHAT THE HELL CHLOE?!?! WHY ARE YOU STARING AT ME?!?!" She gave me a evil smile. "I want to go...SHOPPING!!!" I looked at her. "ok..." "YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!" She gave me a grin and went to get changed. I sighed and flopped back onto my pillow. After a while I dragged myself out of bed. I walked to my wardrobe picking out a black tank top and black skinny jeans and a leather jacket to top it off. I applied my eyeliner, mascara and dark red lipstick and pulled on my black leather boots. I grabbed my bag and met Chloe outside.

We had just arrived at the mall and Chloe dragged me in I smirked at her. "OMG LOOK! ITS A PET STORE!! IM GOING TO GET A PET KITTEN!!!" She screamed dragging me to the store. Pretty much everyone was staring at us. We walked into the store. A lady who looked around thirty looked up at us. "hello how can I help you?" She gave us a small smile. "A kitten please." Chloe smiled. "ah yes this way...These are about a week old." Chloe melted at the sight of him. She examined each one. they were falling on top of each other to get adopted. I spotted one sitting alone in the corner. She was beautiful. She had grey and black stripes with the occasional white. And had bright topaz eyes with flecks of hazel and green. She looked at me with her head tilted slightly, She looked at me with love and respect but a slight sadness that im not going to buy a pet. "I would like that one please." I asked the shopkeeper. she smiled picking her up and carrying her to the till. "I thought you wernt going to get one?" She asked. "I feel a bond with her." She nodded. She picked a beautiful kitten with charcoal black fur with white mittens and a small white mark on her forhead. It looks almost like a angel if you look at it. Chloe felt a bond also to it. She explained in was a angel kitten they were really rare. I nodded, maybe my kitten was part vampire? Anyway we payed and carried our cat carriers. I dragged her into claires and decided I wanted a second pierce in one of my ears. I chose a tiny diamond stud, I also got one at the top of my ear and chose a silver ring. when she did the top one she gave me a fake smile. This will hurt quite a lot. She shot it into my ear and I didn't even flince. She looked up at me confused. "Ouch..." I said sarcastically. We payed and visted a few more shops. We decided to go to McDonalds for lunch. I could eat LOADS and never even gain a pound so I took it to my advantadge. the lady gave me a fake smile. "what can I get you?" I gave he a smirk. "hmm...Five big macs, ten bags of chips and...-" "ICECREAM!!!!" Chloe screamed causeing everyone to stare at us, the lady nodded and went to get our order. I heard someone mutter behind us. "fatsos..." I turned and growled. At the Short chubby guy. "do I look fat to you?" I smirked at him. "n-n-no." I smiled sweetly. "Then don't get me mixed up with yourself hon." He looked away. I smirked and we sat and ate our food. Suddenly Raven came flooding into my mind. I reached down and gave my kitten a stroke. I will get you back Raven. I promise.
