Chapter 1: A Memory To Always Cherish

Victor's POV

"C'mon! Hurry up!" I yelled in irritation as the internet was being a jerk this day,I'm nearly finished with the research homework-but no.

I looked over to the top right corner of the laptop screen. '6:44...Gotta get ready before school start' I thought and saved the research in the usb.

"Good morning,time to start the day! Aka hell" I streched my back and prepared.

I threw on some white shirt and dark green jacket and some jeans on,I brushed my teeth and grabbed my shoes along with my bag and my hoverboard.

I grabbed the toasted bread and headed out "I'll be going out now!" I yelled then remembered I lived alone.I looked at the living room sadly and imagined my mother sitting there biding me goodbye.But I knew she wasn't really there.

I hung my head low and locked the door and activated the hoverboard and headed to school.I munched onto the toasted bread while looking at my direction.

I maxed the power to the highest and immediately I was in front of the school gates,I hop off the hoverboard and deactivated it.

As I walked into the school halls,alot of people were busy doing whatever they want while class didn't start.As navigated through the dangerous halls,I tried my best to avoide eye contact and focus on the poster around the walls.

I passed by three 3 girls who were popular,I'm not one with mentioning others name but let's just say their the typical popular girls everyone hates or admire.I looked down at the floor and ignored them.

"Oh my gosh...Look at him,what a loser" their leader said as the three of them looked at me.I flinched at the offensive compliment she said and shrugged it off. 

I continued walking with my head hung down- "Hey watch it loser!" a guy pushed me to the lockers and had a look everyone didn't like. Carlos Alonso,the school's main bully and one of the popular guys as well.

"You got something you want to say to my face punk! 'Cmon say it to my face" he held the collar of my shirt and jacket and pushed my harshly into the locker again.The guy was taller than me and hated me for some reason.

"I-I'm sorry! I didn't mean to bump into you!" I was pleading for mercy,I didn't want to get beaten up by this buff guy since he played american football and one of the strongest members of the team. "Do that again and I'll kill ya for real alright?" he let go of me and walked off and joined his other friends 'man,I should really look at where I'm going next time'.

I arrived at my classroom and sat in my assigned chair, I unlocked my phone and went through the gallery and tapped on a specific album,memories started to flood in my head as I looked back into these pictures.It sure was fun being a kid back then,but when you start to get older everything around you has changed,as if someone switched the lever and made everyone a different person. 

I kept swiping right and stop at a specific photo,it was a picture of me and my friends winning the championships in soccer...I stared at it and started to have a flashback

[Flashback to 6 years ago]

"Victor,pass me the ball!" I heard Andrea yelled nearby me,I looked left and right and passed the ball to her as she caught it swiftly as always.She headed straight towards the goal without hesitation,I stayed nearby her making sure that any defenders or team captain blocking Andrea's way. I look behind me and see Gabriel behind me giving me reassuring  nod, I nodded back and look in front. 

I was then blocked with a defender,I tried to get passed them but failed.I smirked and smashed my right hand to the ground making the ground shake madly,a piece of the ground then lifted him up in the sky.

 I took the opportunity aid Andrea,I  was able to be at her aid since the ball was nearly stolen by her but she quickly passed it to me by kicking it in the air with her gravity ability. I jumped up high and let the ball hit my chest then landed safely in the ground,heading towards I was blocked by the defenders 'Dang it! Didn't see him coming!'.

"Not so fast Victor" one of them said and  smirked and started to steal ball from me with his combustion skills,I tried my best to block it with my abilities using the ground,but they were to good at avoiding them 'dammit I need some assistance!'. 

I turned a left and see Andrea open,I kicked the ball in time before it  was taken,I looked at the team captain and passed him with a sly smirk written on my face.I looked behind seeing Zed and Gabriel behind ready to do the special move the four of us has been practicing so hard on.

"You guys ready to do the 'elemental diamond'?" I asked through the communicator. "Ready when you guys are" Zed replied as the others agreed. "Then it's settled" I finished and headed to position,I went to the right side as Andrea was on the left,Zed staying behind and Gabriel staying in the front making a diamond shape.

"Incredible!Team Elemental Force are making the ultimate elemental diamond! I can't believe my eyes! They only have a minute and 30 seconds left before the game is over,will they make it?" the announcer yelled through the microphone as he was amazed at the strategy we made.

I looked in the left corner of my eye and immediately took control of the ball,I look ahead and see the same defenders try to block me again,I smirk yet again and taunted them to try to steal the ball. They made their way to me and as they were close to stealing the ball I then smashed the ground and made a wall barrier made out of metal and heard them bump into it hard.

I passed it to Andrea making her tricked the enemy with a pana she then passed it to Zed from behind.He jumped in the air with the ball and kicked it towards Gabriel.The ball was flaming as if it was a meteor,Gabriel looked up turning her body to face the flaming ball and as the ball nearly reached her- she just jumped higher than any volleyball player could and did a sick backflip.Her right foot aimed at the goal as she kicked the ball hard. 

The ball headed straight into the middle of the goal as the ball was at the perimeter of the goal the goalkeeper quickly extended his hand and tried to stop it only failing as the ball made a hole at the goal.The buzzer rang and our team score was 1 point higher than the other team as it was time's up.I yelled in victory as we finally made it to the championship as we defeated the strongest team.

"TEAM ELEMENTAL FORCE  HAS WON THE GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP WITH A STUNNING STRATEGY!" the announcer yelled out the microphone alongside with the cheers of the roaring crowd.

"We won!" I yelled and made my way to the others as they're celebrating,Gabriel was just there stunned that she was able to make a sick move like that.Everyone in the team surrounded her as she was the one who made the final winning goal.I hugged her from behind as the others joined into the group hug,but there was one member who didn't join in,I looked to the left and saw Andrea smiling at us.I walked over to her and pulled her arm gently and let her join the group hug and she gave in and did it.

I has finished the 1st chapter of Warriors of the Heart,that's 1 one down and many more to write...Comment any request if you want me to add something up in the next chapters,writing stories are hard man!Took me 3 days to finish it..
