Whenever I see a baby, I start thinking about my mom. She always wanted me to have a kid. Always. Whenever she saw a baby she'd say to me "You see that, Charlie? That's what you're gonna have in the future!" I always dreaded the idea of having a child. If I had a kid, I'd also have a wife. I wanted neither. I just wanted to be free to do what I want, ya know? Well, my mom never lived to see me become a father, and I never remembered how I became one. First, I was with a girl. Next, she had twins! I knew I couldn't be a dad, so what'd I do? I left. I left them while they were sleeping. I walked away and never looked back. Haven't seem 'em since. Kinda sad, I guess, but whatever. You just gotta forget like I did.
