Imagine:

You were nervous because it was yours and Jay's first date. You met at a coffee shoppe and hit it off, so you planned a date. He was picking you up any minute. You were fixing your hair in the mirror when the doorbell rang. Hurrying to answer it, you open it to reveal Jay.

"You look beautiful, Alex." He smiles, holding out his hand.

"Thank you." You blush, taking his hand. He leads you to his car and he opens the door for you. "Where are going?"

"It's a surprise." He winks at you.

About ten minutes later he is still driving. You were out of the city now so you had no idea where he was taking you for your date. You had decided to dress casual, but nice. You were wearing skinny jeans and a purple blouse.

"Almost there." Jay told you. You nod and look out the windows. It was dark outside and trees were on either side of the road.

Finally, the car slows and pulls into a parking lot in front of a lake. He goes into the trunk to get something; a basket.

"What's this?" You ask in awe as he leads you over to the edge of the lake.

"Over here," he says, taking you towards a gazebo. He sets the basket down on a small table and takes out little sandwiches, champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries. You laugh.

"This is so sweet," you smile.

"Just like you." He replies, looking into your eyes.

You blush and look down, but he lifts your chin up so your eyes lock gazes. Slowly, he leans down and softly kisses you.
