Calming

Look up at the sky, and tell me what you see.
The sky is blue today.
White clouds stretching over the ocean, and they disappear behind the horizon.
Touch the nearest object, and tell me what you feel
My fingers combing through tall grass, they are still wet from this morning
Smell the air, and tell me if it has a scent.
Cold, crisp air filling up my body, and the sea water stench pitching my nose.
Taste the saltiness of the air, and tell me if you would like some water.
My mouth is dry, but I am not thirsty.
You can give the water to someone else.
Listen to the waves racing to the rocky shores, and tell me how does it feel.
The sound matches my breathing, and it's calming.
