On an airplane is the last place I want to be. I'd rather be in my apartment in Nashville, watching Law and Order with Meredith, my cat. But I'm on a plane to London where I'll spend my December.

I walk into the plane, quickly finding my seat. I let a sigh of relief out as I see I have the window seat. I lift up my carry on bag, putting it in the over head compartment.

Once my bag is in I sit down in my seat, trying to find a comfortable position to stay in for a twenty-three hour flight. Now that I realize how long the flight is I'm praying for a someone good to sit next to me on this terribly long airplane trip.

The plane begins to fill up, leaving the seat next to me bare. I begin to wonder if I'll be enjoying this lovely ride by myself. I'm about to put my headphones in when a British accent interrupts.

"Looks like we're plane buddies." He smiles down at me, his emerald green eyes sparkling. The unknown Brit puts his bag in the over head compartment before sitting down in the seat next to mine.

"I'm Harry." He introduces himself, sticking out his hand for me to shake. My hand fits in his, shaking only twice before letting go.

"I'm Taylor." I reply back, retuning his smile. Harry's smile becomes bigger, showing off his snow white teeth and deep dimples.

"Taylor," Harry begins. "What's bringing you to London?"

"The holidays. My family moved to London a year ago and I have been forced to go down for the month." I reply, pulling at a loose string on my sweater. "How about you?"

"My parents 'miss me' and would like me to spend Christmas this year with them." He responds with a slight roll of his eyes.

"Something tells me you're that one family member who never shows up at the family reunions." I say, a giggle escaping my lips. Harry chuckles too, nodding his head.

"You won't believe how many times I've skipped out on the Style's reunions." Harry says, laughter still bubbling out of his mouth.

God, his laugh is perfect.

"If I missed a Swift reunion, my parents would probably disown me." I say and Harry bursts into a fit of laughter. His laughter is contagious, making me laugh too.

- twenty three hours later -

Someone taps me, resulting in me wining and sighing heavily. My eyes widen at the sound of his voice.

"I hate to wake you, Taylor, but the plane is landing." I pick my head up, seeing I had slept with my head on his shoulder.

"I am so sorry-"

"It's alright, love." Harry says. "It was quite comfortable and did you know you look adorable when you sleep?"

As the comment comes out of his mouth I know my cheeks have turned a light shade of pink. Harry smiles, chuckling at my flushed cheeks.

I get out of my seat, taking out my carry on bag and beginning to exit the plane with Harry by my side. When I walk into the large airport I lose Harry, making me frown.

"Taylor Alison Swift!" I roll my eyes and see my brother, Austin. He holds up my bags, how he got them before I did? I'm not sure.

Austin smiles, dropping my bags so I can hug him. "Where's mom and dad?" I ask my little brother, who picks my bags back up.

"They're at home." He replies. "They wanted to make sure the house was perfect before you came."

"Of course." I say with a playfully scoff, wrapping an arm around Austin's shoulders. "How's school?"

The door opens and I'm attacked with hugs and kisses from my parents. Austin sits back, letting my mom and dad have their moments.

"My baby girl is all grown up, huh?" My dad asks, ruffling the top of my head. I scrunch up my nose and shake my head.

"Me? Grown up? Dad, do you even know me?" I question with a chuckle.

"Taylor why don't you put your things up in your room. And be down quick, we're having guests over tonight." My mom informs me, smiling as she does so. With a nod of my head I walk up the familiar staircase leading to the second story of the house.

I have been to this house only a good ten times, but I know my way around. The room is the same as it was when I came for Thanksgiving; simple.

There's a light knock on the door, reveling my brother once again. He walks in and sighs heavily.

"It's good to have you back, even if it's only for a month." Austin says lifting up the corners of his lips.

"I'm glad I'm back." I say, nudging his elbow. We both laugh, looking out the window that shows the dark night sky.

"Mom said to wear a dress for dinner." Austin says. "Pick somethin' pretty."

"I always do." I respond, winking at him. Austin shakes his head and smirks, patting my back.

"Sure you do." He walks out and closes the door before the pillow I throw can hit him. "Missed!"

Austin always makes sure it feels like I never left, which I am really grateful for. He acts as if I didn't miss anything, it's not weird when I come back. We do what normal bothers and sisters do, although we don't bicker as much.

I remember Austin's orders: wear a dress. I rummage through my suitcase, trying to find the red dress that popped into my mind. As soon as I find it I change into it, exchanging my jeans and sweater for the dress.

Once I have it on I slip on a pair of nude heels. I decide to leave my hair down in its normal straight style and my makeup simple.

I sit on my bed, waiting to be called down when needed. For some unknown reason my thoughts go to the airplane boy, Harry Styles. He was so intriguing yet I had let him slip out of my grasp. I frown at the thought of never seeing the cheeky British boy.

"Taylor! Our guests are here!" My mom calls from downstairs. I suddenly feel nervous, my heart beating against my chest. I take a large breath before opening my door and walking to the staircase.

I feel my cheeks burn, knowing all eyes will be on me as I walk down the stairs. My eyes keep on my feet, carefully watching each and every step I take. The last thing I want to is embarrass myself in front of my parent's guests.

"Taylor why don't you meet our neighbors?" My dad says, taking my hand when I reach the second from the last step of the staircase.

I see a couple in front of me and a boy and girl, who must be their children. My eyes land on the boy, making me do a double take. Same green eyes, same brown hair, and the same smirk on his lips.
