Chapter 3: James Hawking

"James?" Said Adrienne when she opened the door, sounding surprised.

"Adrienne! Aaron!" Said James and laughed.

"Dude, what are you doing here?" Asked Aaron annoyed.

James just stood there and laughed.

"James, are you drunk?" Asked Adrienne.

"WHAT, DO YOU THINK I'M DRUNK?!" Said James angrily as he walked up to her with a knife and put it up against her throat.

"JAMES! GET THE FUCK OFF MY SISTER!" Said Aaron and pushed him away from her.  

As James fell, Adrienne called the police. 

"Hello, there has a guy held a, a knife up against my neck!" Said Adrienne into the phone stuttering, she felt so scared.

"We'll send someone right away!" Said the officer and hanged up. 

Adrienne walked over to them. "The police or on their way." 

"What the fuck are you doing here James?" Asked Aaron mad.

"I can't tell you!" Said James and looked up to them.

"Well enjoy, something at the police!" Said Adrienne.

James chuckled a he was looking down. "Do you really think I would come here and do this if I wouldn't know a way to get out of this mess? I really thought you guys were smarter then this!" 

"Since when did you get so brutal and disgusting?" Asked Adrienne.

"I wouldn't do this unless I would have to!" Said James.

"What?!" Said Adrienne confused.

At that moment the police came. "James, you're coming with us!" Said the officer as he put him in handcuffs and put him in the car.

Aaron closed the door. "What the fuck is going on with him?" Asked Aaron.

"I don't know... What was this I wouldn't this unless I had to?" Asked Adrienne.

"I don't know..." Said Aaron. "Should we try to get some sleep?" 

"I don't know if I can, but I'm going to try."  Said Adrienne, "should we call mom?"

"She has enough on her mind at the moment don't you think?" 

"Yeah maybe. Goodnight Aaron."

"Goodnight."

Adrienne walked up to her room she sat on her bed.

She couldn't sleep.

She whispered to herself: "I need to sleep a little bit."

She finally got to sleep but she woke up 4 hours later. It was 11:00 AM.

"At least I got some sleep." Said Adrienne to herself.

She looked at her phone... She had gotten a message from Brandon: Can you meet for coffee at 12?

Adrienne smiled and texted back: Sure, will you come to my house and we'll walk to the coffee shop or should I meet you there.

She found a outfit and got ready. She got a text: I'll come over to your place.

When Brandon came over, Aaron answered the door.

"Dude, what are you doing here?" Asked Aaron

"I'm going to get coffee with Adrienne." Said Brandon.
