It all started as a normal day, Lena waking up to Kara yelling in the kitchen. Lena thought it was cute how Kara everyday tried to suprise Lena with breakfast. And then later everything changed.
The phone had rang and Lena had answered when the call was from the hospital it was like she knew what had happen, her mother was dead and there was nothing she could do about it...
Present Day
Lena watched how the cascet got lowered into the ground, she couldn't believe it her mother was in there, the mother who used to scop her up in the arms and kiss her forhead when she was feeling sad, the mom who always watched her and Lex's news shows. But now she lost them both, Lillian due to death and Lex..Lex was so angry he didn't even talk to her...and she somehow understood this was the second time they had lost a parent. Lena had been so young the last time it happened, she only had small memories off her father, like that he used to smell like smoke when he came home from his job as a fireman.
Soon music started playing and all people started to leave flowers on the cascet. Lena thought it was ironic, it was ironic how she had to leave flowers when she had taken the supermarket flowers from the windowsill in the hospital room.
