I think it would be the Cabby. In the story he's honest, loyal and kind. He treats everyone the as he would like to be treatend. When Aslan asks/chooses him to be the first king of Narnia he honestly answers that he doesn't think he can do on it. He's not only one of the nicest characters, he also is still a child on the inside and everyone knows these kinds of adults are the best friends.
