C. Create a new character to add to the novel. Describe this character and tell what role they would play in the novel in full detail giving examples from the novel where they would be added or make an impact.
Captain K, afterr they found Jadis they didn't went home. Unlike the story they went into another one of the pools, because Jadis wanted to get away from the Wood Between Worlds....
"What are you doing?!" Digory shouted, but it was too late. The witch already stepped into one of the pools and the Woods started to fade around them.
Suddenly the group found themselves on wooden planks. They could feel a soft breeze against their skin. They could smell something they couldn't place. After a few minutes Polly was the first to open her eyes -which she didn't notice she had closed- and came face to face with a young woman.
Polly yelped and jumped back. The female in front of her grinned. they were on a pirate ship with no land anywhere around.
Polly looked at Digory at her side and noticed the Jadis wasn't with them anymore.
"Where is Jadis? " Digory questioned. "And who are you, madame?"
"Gals!" The girl shouted to an unkown crew. "We got some polite ones over here!" Digory and Polly looked around in horror.
"Y-you didn't answer my question." Digory answered stuttering.
"My name is Captain K, kid." The woman said. "And you are on my ship The Endermoon."
"What did you do with Jadis?" Digory asked the Captain, not because he was worried, but because he was curious.
"We don't like witches here, kid, and she looked like one." K sighed. "We trew her overboard."
The kids gasped at the fact that this person had defeated the evil queen of Charn.
"I didn't do it on my own. I had my crew to help." Suddenly she realised something. "How did you get here anyway?" She narrowed her eyes at the kids.
Both of the kids looked at eachother and slide their hands into their pockets to grab the rings.
Captain K cursed as the two 'Children of the Devil himself' dissapeared.
Conclusion: I my character would be in the story she would have drowned Jadis. Digory and Polly would be too scared to ever enter another world again and evil wouldn't have entered Narnia.
