Josh Dun imagine

Day's off for Tyler and Josh were both relaxing yet boring, especially since they were currently in town and had nothing better to do after they spent some quality time with their families.
As the two of them strolled through the streets downtown in Ohio, they caught sight of a "Guitar Center" store and decided to go inside.
You were currently occupied fixing up a few displays for some new shipments of electric guitars that came in.
You triple checked to see if they were perfectly straight on the wall and smiled in satisfaction when they were. Turning your head to the entrance door, your breath got caught in your throat as you gazed at one of the customers that just came in.
He seemed shorter than the other guy who came in with him but they were still both really attractive. The shorter one had faded pink hair, but his backwards cap hid the sight of how messy his hair really was.
You set all your nerves aside and cheerfully welcomed them to the store. "Hey, guys! How are you doing today?" you joyfully asked them as you crossed your arms over your chest.
The taller one shrugged, "Not bad, thanks for asking."
"Way to be nice, Tyler." The shorter one mumbled while rolling his eyes. Tyler glared at him and lightly chuckled as he walked around in the store.
"Sorry about him, he's usually this weird." The shorter one said. "I'm Josh," he held his hand out, giving you a warm smile. You accepted his offering and smiled back. "Y/N," he squinted his eyes as he slightly tilted his head, "Why does that name sound so familiar?"
You chuckled. "I'm not sure?" you shrugged. "Correct me if I'm wrong but I actually think we went to high school together."
Your eyes widened as you suddenly gasped and snapped your fingers. "Oh my god, Josh?! As in Joshua Dun?!" you exclaimed, causing a few of the other customers to give you a questionable look.
He laughed, "That's me."
"I thought I recognized you! Wow, it's been far too long since I've last seen you," you deeply sighed. "It's been what, like ten years?"
"Far too long if I do say so myself," you giggled. Josh continued to laugh once more as the two of you conversed with one another the whole time.
Throughout the entirety of your conversation, Josh couldn't help himself by checking you out as his eyes continued to trail up and down your body.
He never realized how much your appearance had changed compared to how you looked back in high school. He never considered you unattractive but now that you were an adult, he was stunned by your beauty.
He admired your colored hair and the sleeves of your arms as they were covered in tattoos. He was happy to see that you could finally be yourself now and not deal with all the bullying bullshit back in school.
Even though you were one of his friend's sister, he still couldn't help himself by having a slight crush on you. "So, what do you do for a living now?" he crossed his arms.
You sighed, fixating your gaze towards the other side of the room where the drums were. "Not much, except thanks to you, I decided to start drumming for a living since graduation and I haven't stopped since then."
His eyebrow raised, "Oh, really? I mean, I never expected you to be a drummer."
You giggled, "There's lots of things you don't know about me, Joshie Boy," you winked. "Come into my office."
You beckoned him as he trailed behind you to go to the drums on the other side of the room. The whole time Tyler watched you two as he randomly checked out some ukulele's and strummed a few of them.
He lightly laughed to himself and was proud of his best friend for finally talking to a girl for once. "You're in Twenty One Pilots, aren't you?" you asked him while setting up the drum set.
He nodded, "Yes I am."
"Have you heard of us?"
"Are you kidding me? Of course I have. You're all this place talks about honestly, even the freaking state," you laughed.
Josh widely grinned, "Yeah it's pretty crazy, I mean I never expected to be given this great opportunity and tour all around the world with Tyler, you know?"
You nodded, "I understand but hey, I have to give you both major props for putting out some sick tracks and albums."
"Thanks," he smiled. "Alright, now that this baby is all settled, what do you want me to play?"
He chuckled, "Are you even sure you can play that in the store? I mean, the customers don't get annoyed?"
You waved him off, "I could care less of what they think. Usually I like to tell myself that they're just jealous that they can't play the drums as good as me," you rolled your eyes. "I'm joking, I'm awful at this honestly."
Josh grabbed a chair and sat beside you by the drums, shaking his head in disapproval. "Come on, don't say that. I'm sure you're great. Go ahead and play me a jam," he gestured to the instrument. You sighed and grabbed your sticks from your back pocket.
"Here goes nothing."
Before you played, you quickly queued one of your co-workers to play "All The Small Things" from Blink 182. You were a bit stiff at first once you were drumming but eventually became one with the song. Josh was smiling the biggest smile he ever managed to do as he watched you play in astonishment.
He was absolutely amazed. Never in a million years would he expect to be in this situation with you. He was blown away by the mad talent you had and how passionate you seemed with playing the drums. Once you looked over at him with a huge smile, he felt like he was a 16 year old boy all over again.
Your smile brought warmth to his heart and the sound of your laughter was like music to his ears.
After you finished playing, the customers loudly cheered and clapped after your mini performance in the store. Josh grinned and spread his arms out to embrace you in a big bear hug.
"That was amazing!" he said excitedly. "I never expected you to be this great honestly."
You playfully rolled your eyes and nudged his shoulder. "Gee, thanks for having faith in me there, Dun." you retorted.
He chuckled, "My mistake."
Tyler suddenly stood beside Josh and wrapped his arm over his shoulder and leaned his head on it. "Am I interrupting anything here?" he smirked.
Josh huffed, lifting his head towards the ceiling to hide the fact that he rolled his eyes so far back he almost saw his brain.
"No, Tyler. You didn't interrupt anything important."
Tyler smiled in satisfaction, "Sounds fair enough to me. We should get going, I smell Taco Bell."
Josh's eyes lit up once he heard the words "Taco Bell"—his favorite place to eat over anything else.
"He's right, wouldn't want to leave your precious tacos waiting!" you bellowed.
"Hey–wait, why don't you come with us?" Josh crossed his arms, waiting for your response in anticipation.
You raised your eyebrow, "Seriously? Well I'm gonna head on out to my lunch break so–"
"Great!" Tyler chimed. "Then you're coming with us," he looped his arm through yours and Josh's and left the store.
"U-Uh, Ty. I just left without telling my boss." He shook his head, "You can explain to him later."
Josh rolled his eyes and pulled himself away from Tyler as he stood beside you now. "Ignore him." he whispered.
"He just loves messing around with people."
You giggled, "Well I'm glad to see he hasn't changed one bit," you winked.
"You know, now that I think about it. I don't think you ever gave me your number." Josh raised his eyebrow.
"Oh is that so?" you asked. "How rude of me!" you smacked your hand against your forehead and pulled out your phone to hand to Josh. He mischievously smiled as he dialed in his number and gave you back your phone.
Before you continued to walk along with the guys, Josh stopped your tracks by holding his arm out. You gave him a curious look but before you were going to say anything, he beat you to it.
"How much of a fan are you with Taco Bell's burritos?"
You shrugged, "They're pretty great so I would say a huge fan." you giggled.
Josh threw his arms out in the air and looped his arm around your shoulder afterwards.
"It's official, we are now dating."
