Gone For Good

Treasure the things you have, believe in the Lord, and content you shall be. You are beautiful/handsome, inside and out. Don't let other's thoughts decieve you. You are a wonderful, delicate creation of God, don't end that.

"Did you see what she was wearing?"

Who?

"Oh my word! Yes!"

What?

"She thinks she's so stylish, but she has no sense of style!"

Oh, it's the preppy girls.

"Her long twin-tails are SO disgusting! That strawberry blonde hair is so out of style."

It's me they're talking about. I can't help it if my hair is a natural strawberry blonde.

"She thinks she has the teacher's favor, but she's SO wrong."

What the heck. I just try to get passing grades, I'm not trying to please anyone. What's their issue?

"Hey, why don't we embarrass her in front of the teacher! You know what, why not the whole school!"

Whatever, I don't care. No one appretiates me anyway.

She unlocked the door, stepping out of the stall she was in. She walked through the bathroom, ignoring the snickers from the group of girls. She walked out of the bathroom, sighing as she closed the door. Heading toward her classroom, she thought about what the girls in the bathroom said. She opened her locker, finding hate notes spilling out.

"Just go die!" "U R SO STUPID!" "Quit being a goody-two-shoes!" "Why are you even alive, go commit suicide."

The hate notes had increased significantly withing the past week. She had let it continue without saying anything. Maybe they were right. Why was she alive? She didn't see any purpose in life. A small tear formed in each of her tear ducts. She was so small, so petite, so fragile. Her twin-tails landed at her ankles. She headed for class, feeling like the whole world was against her. She tried not to cry, but couldn't help it.

"Are you ok?"

"Y-yeah, I'll be alright."

She stood up, looking at the person she bumped into. He looked concerned.

"No you're not, your eyes are red and puffy. You've been crying."

He grabbed her hand, dragging her with him. They stopped at a small garden.

"Where are we?"

"The school's garden. Our agriculture club tends to it." He replied.

"Who are you? You're strawberry girl, the one whom everybody spreads hate stories about. My name's Jachere."

"India. You're from India, right?"

He nodded his head, smiling.

"I wanted to meet you right away. I'm glad I did. You're so pretty! I love your hairstyle, Indi." He spoke with ease. Then he furled his eyebrows.

"You don't mind me calling me calling you Indi, do you?"

She shook her head.

"May I speak, Jachere?"

"Course!"

"Thank you for accepting me, for who I am, for not judging me right off. Can we be, umm, friends?"

His eyes widened, and smiled.

"I'd be honored!"

She soon started opening up to other people, but only to be hurt and alone again. She sat by the edge of the 3rd floor balcony at home, mirror in hand. Tears stung her eyes. She had gone to a party a month ago, in attempt to fit in. She didn't drink anything, but was overcome by one of the guys there, the one whom she thought was her friend. Turns out he was only a jerk. She felt disgusting even one month after it happened. She stood up, dropped the makeup she had applied to her face. She tried not to cry, but couldn't hold the pain she felt in. Anger and hurt filled her heart. She screamed, and smashed the mirror. She picked a shard up, beginning to cut her wrist, but dropped it. She climbed onto the top of the railing. One last tear, one last thought, one last question, and one last phrase, then she fell. Memories filled her mind. She closed her eyes before she hit the ground.

"Goodbye." Then all was gone. Not a breath from her lips, not a blink from her eyes, not a beat from her heart. There she rested, in the hands of her Creator. She was gone for good.

Hey Guys! I know it's a very sad (I know, I nearly cried writing it) story, but isn't it good? I don't know why, but I think I'm really good at writing sad stories. {T^T} Thanks for reading!!!!
