Vanessa's POV
We arrived at home, my mom ordered Korean food for dinner. We ate our food silently in the dinning room, it was so quiet that you could hear the dust falling.

"Okay kalang ba talaga?" Mom broke the silence

"Yeah, don't worry about me, I'm fine see!" I flashed my mom with my smile. I didn't want her to worry about me.

"After we eat you want to watch a movie together?" She asked me, that was a first for me because she had never ask me these type of questions. She was always busy being a CEO and she has no time for me, which I don't really mind, since I was a child I was alone already.

After we watched the movie, more like me, because mom fell asleep half way. I went upstairs to get mom blanket and pillow so she was comfortable on the couch. Inayos ko yung position niya para hindi masakit yung katawan niya bukas, I then put the blanket on top of her, I gave my mom a peck on her forehead before heading up.

I was ready to sleep just when my useless dad called me, I didn't picked up I ignored it just like the usual. After he called several times he left useless text messages, I still ignored it. I fell asleep on the floor looking at the moon and stars not knowing that there were tears on my eyes.

I woke up so late it was already 9:00 am and I was late for school, just when I was about to run to my washroom but my mom came in my room.

"Vanessa don't worry about school today you'll have a day off of school, we're going to the psychiatrist." Mom said casually

"Huh? Ok?" I responded with a confused look. Mom then went to her room.

After I took a long shower I went to my room and looked at myself in the mirror.

-There's really no point on going to the psychiatrist, I'm not gonna talk. Even though I'll tell mom that's it's going to be useless she'll still try.- I said to myself.

I saw my eyes in the mirror ang pukto so nag lagay ako ng makeup para hindi halata na umiyak ako. Mag katapos kong mag lagay ng makeup dumaretso ako sa baba.

"Are you ready?" Mom asked while putting on her shoes.

"Yes, are we not eating breakfast?" I asked while my stomach growled.

"Oh, we'll just go to the drive trough and order." My said while opening the door, we both went inside the car, we then stopped at a drive trough and ordered, we ate at the car. We were at the psychiatrist's door, we both went inside the room and saw the doctor already waiting for us.

"Hello Mrs. Lee!" The doctor greeted.

"Hello, Ms. Wagner! It's been a long time my friend!" Mom said while she stood up and gave the doctor a hug.

"Yeah I know! So how have you been?" Ms. Wagner asked.

"Oh same old, I'm here with my daughter because she has problems that she can't say or having a hard time to speak up." Mom said while looking at me

"Is that so,? Well then I'm gonna get started. Lee can you please leave the room for a moment? It's better for a person to tell their feelings when they're alone with one person." Ms. Wagner explained.

"I'll be waiting outside Iris, ok?" Mom then closed the door.

"What's the problem?" Ms. Wagner asked nicely. And of course I didn't say anything and I didn't give her any emotions. She asked a lot of questions but I didn't I answered any of her questions. It's been almost 2 hours that I've been in that room, and she just keeps on talking, while I ignored her.

"Since you won't answer any of my questions, I'm going to ask you one question and please say something  and honestly. So we can figure out what to do." She said with a frown face, O then nod I mean like it's gonna be the last question so might as well tell her something so that my mom's money won't really go to waste.

"Have you ever tried to ______?" She asked. I unhesitatingly answered her question.

"Yes, a couple of times." I answered while looking trough her eyes, she suddenly looked shock.

Ms. Wagner's POV
"Have you ever tried to ____?" I asked while looking at her eyes, her eyes suddenly changed, when she answered my question.

"Yes, a couple of times." She answered unhesitatingly while looking at my eyes, her eyes changed and it scares me, I feel like she's looking trough my soul. Her eyes are different from my other patients, I've never seen those eyes before.... as if her eyes are telling me that she was dead a long time ago, but her body hasn't catch up with her soul..... what scares me the most is that how she can control her emotions so well at a young age. I only know for sure that this kid has been trough a lot and know what true pain really means.

"I'll call your mom in, ok?" I asked her, but then she suddenly asked me something.

"Ms can you please not tell my mom that 'I tried a couple of times'?" She asked with those look on her eyes again, and I just nod because I feel like she was going to take my soul if I didn't agree.

I opened the door revealing her mom on  the chair, on her phone.

"Ms. Lee you can come on now." She then took a seat beside Vanessa.

"So what's the problem?" Ms. Lee asked

"I only have one thing for her to do and she must do it!" I said to Ms. Lee looking serious.

"What is it? I'll do anything!" Vanessa mom said. While Vanessa just looked at me with no emotions.

"I want you to bring her somewhere far, and have her go on a vacation just to cool off, maybe that will help her." I said to Ms. Lee as she just nod.

"Thank you we'll be off then! See you next time!" Ms. Lee waved her and Iris took a last glance at my eyes and left.

"That kid, I wonder what really happened to her past.... she looks so done with everything.... and her eyes too. I hope Ms. Lee will really take care of her, because her last glance at my eyes told me that she wanted to ....DIE.... already...." I talked out loud in my office.

Vanessa's POV
"So sweetheart where do you want to go?" Mom asked me while walking trough the hallways.

"Anywhere would be fine." I said while I kept on walking.

We arrived at home and mom told me to pack my things that I'll be needing for 2 months. I was half way up the stairs when she said something that really surprised me.

"Vanessa, we're going to the Philippines for your vacation! So make sure to pack the things you'll be needing for 2 months there."

I was so surprised by her words that my legs gave up on me.
