XXOC's POVXx

The transport ship landed on the air dock, students started to flood out and outwards to take in the majesty that is Beacon Academy, many where still in groups, while others dispersed to meet up later. To feel the wind touch my face felt relaxing to me, my sister whom never left my side, stared in awe of Beacon.

I nudged her slightly to bring her out of her daze. "Come on sis, we have to meet up with Ozpin." I pointed to the pillaring tower of Beacon, we told Zoe and Lauren we'd meet up later in the auditorium, we only needed to make a house call.

The reason we know Ozpin is because he knew our father pretty well, he used to go and visit him from time to time and he gave us some interesting birthday presents, coffee mugs with the Beacon logo on it and two large containers of coffee beans and maybe a secret gift of circular blacked tinted sunglasses for me.

As we approached the elevators that led up to the headmasters office, one of them opens up to reveal a man in a black and green suit, silver hair and holding a hot cup of coffee, it was Ozpin. "Well this is unexpected, I was going to greet you at the air dock." He sips his coffee.

He exited out from the elevator and behind him appeared someone I saw just recently, but this time she wasn't made of light. "Ozpin, its nice to see you again as well as you Glynda." I bowed my head to them slightly.

Glynda let out a huff, folding her arms and adjusted her glasses with her forefinger. "That's Miss Goodwitch, Mr. Everfall." Still formal as always it seems, I guess she never has time to relax since she's Beacons Combat Instructor.

"We'd like to thank you again Ozpin, for accepting us to your school." Elizabeth spoke out.

He took another sip from his mug. "There is no need for thanks Miss Everfall, your father and I where great friends, I would do anything for his children, however you two passed the theory and practical with ease. " He takes another sip and guides us out with his cane. "Now come along, I have a speech to make for the new students."

[Minor time skip]

As we arrived at the auditorium, Glynda and Ozpin vanished within the crowd of students that where walking inside.

I started to scan the room to see Yang or Ruby, which was easy enough, it took me a second for my eyes to focus on a girl with hip long blond hair holding her black haired sister. As I got closer it seems that they where having an issue with a girl in a battle dress. "Another one?" I thought, her hair was long, almost to Yang's level, if her hair wasn't pulled up into a pony tail which rested on one side of her head.

"I have a terrible feeling about this bro." Sis looked at the girl now pulling out a pamphlet, and talking at a rapid pace.

My heart skipped a beat again as Yang caught a glimpse of me, I tried to hide my blush as she called us over. "So we meet again." Yang smiled at us.

"So what's going on here, Ruby seemed to be in distress." I smiled back at her.

"This girl almost blew us up!" The girl next to Ruby snapped at me, her pale blue eyes glaring at me, a crooked scar runs down the girls left eye.

"It was an accident!" Ruby whined.

The girl didn't seemed to care, clicking her tongue to the roof of her mouth, she turned around making us face her back. I approached Ruby, stroking her hair as a sign of comfort as I saw beads of tears form on the side of her eyes.

"Your first day at Beacon could have gone better." I said as I kept petting her head. "Everything will be fine, trust me."

It must be tough for her, she's the youngest student Beacon has ever had in its roster, from what Yang had told me she's around fifteen and the average age of students entering into Beacon, as told by Ozpin are around seventeen to eighteen years old. So it would be difficult for her to meet and greet people if they're not her age.
