As the next day come. The queens finds the castle empty. With a pissed off look on her face, she goes to the empty throne room just to met her maid.
"(y/n)...? Where's everyone else?"
You sighs and hold the queen's shoulder "all of them already left my lady. It's just you, me and len"
"where's Len? What happened?"
You give her a sad smile and hug the queen "they're going to attack us. My lady.. We need to go now!"
"tell all the royal guards to stop them. This is just a mere rebel against the kingdom"
You sighs again and said with a straight face. "my lady, this is not just a mere rebel by the peasants. This is an evolution"

The sound of crashing doors making you two surprised. The queen looked panic and sit were you. Len is nowhere to be seen. The people soon will arrive at the throne room.
From the back of the room. Behind the small wooden door. Both of you realize someone standing there using the same clothes as the queen. And looked exactly like her.
"l-len.. What are you doing?" you ask shakily.
Len walk to to the two of you and hand over a set of clothes "my queen, please use my clothes and run away from here as far as you can. I'll replace you here" he said full of determination.
"what are you talking about? How about yourself??!!" the queens half yelled to her servant.
"I'll be fine. You don't need to worry about me" Len kisses her forehead and gently stroke the queen's blonde hair. He furn her gaze to his childhood best friend "(y/n), keep your promise to look after rin for me"
And again, the maid started to tear up and hug the servant "you idiot. This is your plan?! You're such a idiot Len! I loved you!" she bluntly say without any hesitation.
The servant smiled and raise her chin with his hand. He leans in and lock their lips together. It was a short kiss only remains for a few seconds and they pulled away.
"thank you.. For always by my side (y/n)... Now go! Both of you!" Len ordered.
You pulled the shock Queen to the closet near by to hide yourself and her. As the two of you peeking from the small opening from the closet door watching everything happen.
The door was burst open and the people surrounds the disguising servant. With their sword pointing to him. The red armored woman comes to take him away.
"your time as the queens ends. NOW!" said the red armored woman.
Len just smile slightly and chuckled making all the people including the knight eyes widen on surprise. Their gaze become more sharpening as they glared at him with full hatred.
"you are the daughter of evil"
You two watch the people catch Len in quite. The queen cries on your embraced while you watch the scene with pure sadness and horror. Tears keep streaming down to your face.
"I'm sorry.. I can't stay by your side... "
Back to the beginning (prologue)
The two of you walk to the front of the crowds trying to get close to the boy. His twin looked at him and give her best smiled. You eyed him and hold your tears back. You can't cry in the front of him. Not now!!
"thank you" you see him mumbled softly while looking at you.
"any last words?" ask the knight.
Len smiled and said something that made you two cries again.
"oh, it's tea time... "
Swing..... Cresh...
The guillotine blade falls down to his neck. Killing him on an instant. Both of you stand on your knees crying over the servant.
"he said that... Even before his death... "

The two of you now living peacefully on a cottage by the sea with a girl named Haku. Everyday, Rin go to the sea just to wait for the answer of the letter she send with a bottle.
You stand behind a rock that sunset watching her waiting for the answer and crying over her mistakes.
Suddenly, you look at haku that's holding a sharp knife behind rin. Both of you didn't realize that Haku heard your conversation last night about your pass.
You two didn't know, that Haku was the green maiden's best friend who survive from the war.
You looked at rin that was didn't realize the knife on her back. Your body move on reflect protect rin from the knife using your body. The knife hit right on your chest making your body fall down.
Rin that was just realizing what happened catch your body "(y/n)!!!" yelled rin.
Aku states you in shock and backed away in horror. Seeing blood starting fill your clothes. Rin starting to cry again watching you dying on her lap.
"promise me.. You will protect my sister.. Please (y/n)"
You smiled as you remember your promise to him. Rin cried on your shoulder begging you to don't go.
"(y/n), lease not you too! Please.... Don't leave me... "
You hold Rin's hand and smiled "finnaly, at least I can keep one promise to you len" you said as your close your eyes.
Rin and Haku stares your lifeless body. The sun was fully set as rin looked at haku and smiled.
"this is the Price for my pride..." she mumbled.
