Fuck you, i'm over it

First day of school. In normal books, the lead character would say it was horrible, that the guy sitting in front of him always farted and that nobody talked to her.

But, in my case it's different. Fortunately for me it was okay. Sure they only talked to me the first day for a few minutes before not minding me again the second day, but i was satisfied.

They talked to me, and i made a few friends, and that's cool to me. It could've been worse.

I think i should just focus on better things that could actually give me a nice future.

For example; Studying.

I'm very lucky to have education and i'm not taking it for granted.

"Sweetie, how was first day?" My mom, Maria, asked while dad was in the living room watching a football show.

"It was okay. Better than i expected." I said smiling. She nods letting out a relieved sigh.

"Child! No boyfriends!" My dad, Dave, yelled from the living room and i roll my eyes.

Mom laughs, and dad continues watching his football game.

"How about you and me bake some cookies. Don't say no i'll literally spank you with my sandals again." She warned going to the kitchen.

Before i could even go and follow her, my brother Grayson comes on and pats my head. "Hey, lil sis." I groan.

"Aw, lil sissy is moody." He pinch my cheeks and i run after him.

"Grayson!"

2 days later

"You know, one time i actually saw a very attractive lad and i came up to him. I said, hey you look really really hot, he said..... he didnt say anything, he walked away." Karen , a friend i made here at school said, while her head was looking down.

"Oh." Gabby, a flamboyant friend i have sighs, and i shake my head.

We were basically the trio ever class has now.

"Attention, students. All procceed to the basketball court. Again, all students procceed to the basketball court." A deep voice through the speaker blasts throughout the school.

"Yes, sir!" Gabby stood up and grabbed me and karen with him.

"I know you are all thinking why you are here. But, don't worry it's a very exciting news." Ms Cranberry, our school's principal grinned.

The students look relieved but they were still curious as to what all this is about.

"We are having a trip to a Private beach resort, overnight. It has numerous small islands surrounding it and we are using a boat to tour around with." The students start cheering and i was amused. This school is awesome! The most interesting event my last school had was a trip to the zoo and i was 8 years old!

Gabby yelled a 'yes bitch' and karen looks like she has seen a ghost.

"Now, now we can't all do that with all the students of Telfor Highschool in one day, so we have a schedule here. For when will this happening for each grade." Ms Cranberry announced, waving a piece of paper that was in her hand.
