Part 11 - Not Becky!

Tiffs POV

“I’m not waiting around Tom. It’s now or never” I looked into his GORGEOUS eyes. Why were they just so..asdfghjkl?

The door slammed behind Tom. I looked up to see Kelsey, looking like the devil had possessed her

“Oh, look at the cute little couple!” she screamed at us, walking over to us “Don’t you two just look oh so beautiful!”

“What the hell Kelsey?” Tom asked

“What the hell? I’ll tell you, you can kiss this –“ she started but was cut off by someone screaming by the window

“CALL AN AMBULANCE! SOMEONES JUST GOT HIT BY A CAR!”

I looked outside to see a red car in the middle of the road with a girl lying on the floor. Red flowing hair…a lime green top….black shorts

“BECKY!” I screamed as I pushed Tom and Kelsey out the way and ran out the shop. I ran to her, fell to the ground, scrapping my knees on the road and sat next to her “Becky? Becky come on don’t mess about” I said, hoping she was joking. Tears started to roll down my cheeks as I heard the sirens. I saw her blood flowing out the side of her head and her leg was obviously broken.

Someone came up behind me and picked me up. I put my arms round their neck and just let them take me off as the paramedics arrived. Whoever it was sat down on a bench nearby. I sobbed in their shoulders as they hugged me tightly. I knew that hug.

“Jay, she’s my best friend” I said as I looked up to him

“I know. She’ll be fine” Jay reassured me as he wiped away my tears

“How do you know!?” I asked as more tears fell

“I just do” he smiled at me and brought me back into a hug.

“Tiff?” I heard Sivas soft voice from behind me, “The paramedics need some of Beckys information, and we don’t know it”

I nodded as I stood up, taking Jays hand in mine. I pulled him up to come with me. He wrapped his arm around me and held on tight. I couldn’t walk properly at all, my legs were like jelly.

The paramedics asked me a bunch of questions as others put her on the stretcher and into the back of an ambulance. There was a huge crowd, some even taking pictures. I could hear some people screaming for the lads to go over to them, but they didn’t. They stayed by the ambulance and police car. I looked over to Tom, Kelsey, Michelle, Max, Siva and finally Nathan. He was distraught. His girlfriend was unconscious in the back of an ambulance.

“Miss Carlile, would you like to travel in the ambulance?” the paramedic asked

“No” Jay looked at me as if I’d gone mad, “Can her boyfriend?” he nodded as I walked over to Nathan who was sitting in the back of the police car, “Wanna travel with Becky to the hospital?” My tears had stopped. I was unsure why, but they had.

“No, you go” Nathan looked up at me. His face was stained with tears

“No. You should go. Please” I begged him. He nodded as he stood up. He gave me a tight hug and walked over to the ambulance.

I could hear people whispering, not very well, about why Nathan was going in the ambulance with her. I could hear the gossip on Twitter now. Jay came up behind me, turned me around and hugged me. The rest of the lads came up too as the ambulance drove off, sirens blaring. We were in the middle of a group hug when I heard Kelsey ‘clear her throat’. We all broke apart and looked at her. “What?” I asked simply

“Don’t think I’m through with you yet” she said to me with a little too much attitude for my liking.

I breathed in deeply and walked over to her. She was a few inches taller than me but it didn’t put me off “My best friend has just been hit by a car. I am sorry I don’t want to listen to your pathetic whining” I said to her simply, “Whatever you want to say, say it to Tom” I walked back to Jay who put his arm round me and helped me into a police car. I looked out the window to see Kelsey having a go at Tom. I didn’t care. I just wanted my Becky back.
