Alicia's POV
I am now In the dock waiting for the boat to Zaban City. Once it arrived, The Captain and the staff all greeted me and said"Good Morning Madam Alicia!" I bowed at them and entered the boat.
1 hour later........
I was playing with fleeks when a boy around 12 who was wearing a green jacket with red linings, green shorts and green travel boots went near me. He grinned at me and said" Hello! My name is Gon Freecss! Can we be friends?"and offered his hand. I took his hand and shook it. "Hello Gon! I am Alicia Morow and I would love to be your friend!" I excitedly told him. He grinned more and he looked at fleeks with a confused face. Fleeks got annoyed by him staring so fleeks yelled at him" Oy what are you looking at?" His faced went from confused to shocked cause it was his first time to hear an animal speak, well anybody would get surprised if he or she heard an animal speak Then he grinned at me and Fleeks. He rubbed fleeks stomach and the cat purred. I smiled at the two cause they are getting along. Then Gon looked at me with a surprised expression."Awesome! What an awesome pet!" I grinned at him and told him that fleeks is my magic pet cause Netero-san told me not to tell anybody about nen. "What things can fleeks do?" Gon curiously asks. "Well," I started off." Fleeks can transform into anything i want him to be and he can carry about 5000 tons". "fleeks, sword mode!" I said. Fleeks obeyed and he became a sword with a thin blade. Gon was amazed and he touched the end of the blade so he ended up getting a cut on his finger. I immediately touched his finger making him wince, but after I touched the cut, it disappeared!" I have an ability that lets me heal any injury and disease when I get into contact with human skin" I casually said, but the sparkles I see In Gon's eyes seem to say that it is not something you find everyday, cause you really can't find that everyday. "Awesome Alicia! You would become a great doctor with that ability!" He excitedly said then once again turned into a serious face. I saw him pinching his nose and he climbed up the boats mast?? He looked at me with concerned eyes while shouting"A storm is coming!And a very big one!"
(Timeskip to when captain called the examinees.
Here I am now in the captains room along with Gon and 2 more guys. One guy has Blonde hair and wearing traditional clothing and looked like in his seventheens. The other guy looked older and he has black hair and is wearing a suit and he is carrying a suitcase. He seems to be in the age of twenties." What are your names?" Captain said in his cassual tone.
"I am Gon!" Gon excitedly said.
"I am Alicia! Just call me Lice!" I happily said.
"I am Kurapika" the blonde said.
"I am known as Leorio". The older teen replied.
"Why do you want to be hunters?" Captain asked. As usual.... the veey hyper Gon answered first." I want to become a hunter to find my dad! I want to become a hunter to know why he chose being a hunter tham taking care of me!" Then I replied next." I am looking for my brother. I dont have any family but he took me in like his own sister. He left to look for something but he told me that we will meet again in the exams!" Then Leorio angrily blurted this out:" Oy! Why did you answer his questions! This old geezer is not an examiner! he can't just boss us around!" Then, Kurapika joined the argument. " I agree with Leorio. If I were to tell you the reason why I will take the Exams, I will be telling you my darkest secrets so I will not tell you" Leorio got angry at kurapika cause he did not use an honorific on him and angrily said:" Oy! Call me Leorio-san!" But Kurapika chose to ignore his arrogantness.
Then captain called his assistant, and he told them:" tell the comittee that we are having two more dropouts okay?" Kurapika and Leorio jawdropped at what they heard and I smiled evilly. Gon noticed my evil smile and being the curious and innocent kid he is, he asked me why am I smiling that way. I blushed giggled at him and I told him that if those two won't tell their reasons to the captain, they will fail. He didn't understood what I said cause i saw steam coming out of his ears! I laughed at him and I took a chocorobot in chocoball bag and gave it to him. He smiled sheepishly and accepted the chocolate. Then we returned our attention to the captain who was currently talking." The Association accepts all the people who wants to take the exams and cause there are thousands of people who take the exam, the association cannot bother themselves to interview every examinee. So they hire people like us to trim the fat. Those who couldn't handle the waves and the force of the storm has already dropped out and they call themselves hunter examinee's! If they can't handle a little storm, then it is impossible for them to pass the exam even alone to take it! So i wan't you to to becareful of what you say cause I won't hesitate to drop the both of you" the captain coldly said then both of them sweatdropped. Then Kurapika went first." I am the last survivor of the Kurta Clan. My clan was annihilated by a band of thieves.. I want to become a hunter to hunt down that band, the Phantom Troupe!" He exclaimed. Then Leorio butted in saying"so you want revenge huh?" Then the captain joined in again.
"So you want to be a Bounty Hunter Huh? The Phantom Troupe are class A bounties. Not even pro hunters can touch them. You will be wasting your life. Kurapika replied with" I do not fear death. I only fear that my rage wiåll fade over time".
"What about you Leorio-san?" Gon asks curiously. Leorio's facial expressionturned serious. :"
I'll make it short. I WANT MONEY!" he screamed making the four of us cover our ears."Money can give you everything! A good house, a good car, good liqour!" He said while imagining that he is drinking. Then the Kurta said something that made Leorio-san snap." You can't buy class with money Leorio." Leorio got mad cand he told the Blonde something that made him snap."That's two times now. Come on out. I'll end the filthy Kurta Bloodline right here and right now" then Leorio turned towards the door. Kurapika's face turned red with anger. "Take that back Leorio! Take back everything you said!" Leorio took out a pocket knife and replied"that's Leorio-san to you". Then they both left the room. Captain was about to stop them but Gon interrupted him." Let them be. Mito-san once told me that if you want to know someone, you need to make an effort to learn why they are angry.It's important for them to understand why they're mad. So we should let them figure it out by theirself.". I smiled at Gon. What a smart boy. I'm gonna love him.
(Timeskip to the port in Zaban City)
The captain liked us and he brought us to the nearest port to the exam site."wait! Captain said before me and Gon left."I'll give you some advice. See that big Cedar tree on the hilltop?" He asked and both of us nodded."You should make your way there first. It's a shortcut to the exam site.Good Luck!" He said then me and Gon headed to Pika and Oreo's direction. We told them captains advice but he said that it was strange cause according to information that recieved, a bus is going to Zaban city. Kurapika asked us if we misheard him but we shook our head. Then me and Gon and Kurapika head towarda the tree while Oreo stayed for the bus.
Kurapika's POV
Gon's and Lice's behavior interests me more than the captains advice so might as well go with the two.
Leorio's POV
DAMN! The tree is in the opposite direction! Might as well go to the bus.
I walked towards the bus stop but I heard somebody talking so I decided to eavesdrop for info. "So it was a trap" a man said."Seems none of the busses have made it to Zaban City." Then another man said that rookies fail this part because of naiveness. I sweatdropped and decided to follow them.
Alicia's POV
After walking a few miles we saw Oreo and asked him why he followed. He said that he knew that we will be lonely without him. I giggled at him Silently. Then we found a village."This is a creepy place.. I dont see a single person." Leorio stated. "There are plenty here" me and Gon said in unison and we grinned at each other. Fleeks was sleeping so I disabled him. Then, some people in weird masks and an old woman came out of a door. "Exciting... Exciting.... Exciting two choice quiz!" She yelled making Leorio jump in surprise." You guys are headed for that tree correct? To reach that tree, you must first pass through this town. I shall administer a single question quiz" she said. What an old hag... Leorio then asked the hag what's going on but she ignored him."You have five seconds to answer. Givecthe wrong answer and your disqualified.You'll have to give up on joining the hunter exams". Then Kurapika spoke"I see... Then this is part of the Hunter exam." Then Leorio started bragging about being a quiz expert.
(Time skip after the Old woman and the Kiriko's test)
We passed both of the exams and the Kiriko's were about to fly but they saw me staying."how are you ging to come with us?" Kurapika asks."That's easy."I said and smirked." Fleeks! Then the cat appeared floating in front of me."what can I do for you Lice-chan?" He excitedly asks. "Dragon form" I said then grinned at him. He nodded then before a second passed, he became a yellow dragon. I rode on him and saw the three boys who jaw dropped.I smiled at them and said" this is my cat fleeks" fleeks smiled at them and showed his big teeth which made the Pika and Oreo sweatdrop."hello I am Fleeks!" The dragon said which made the two jawdropped even more. If that is even possible..
Gon's POV
Fleeks is very awesome! It can even transform into a dragon! I wonder what other thing it could do.
Kurapika's POV
The cat can talk? And shapeshift? I wonder if it is a new kind of magical beast.....
Leorio's POV
THE HELL!! What kind of cat transforms into a dragon??
