Kinsley moves out of her grandparents house and into a new apartment where she finds that the schools "bad boy", Danny, is her roommate. How will it play out?..

The morning sun beamed in through the curtains and into my eyes, awaking me. I knew today would be difficult. But I also knew, that I had Ev to help me get through it.
The sound of footsteps evolved into the room, "goodmorning sleepyhead", Ev's voice echoed as she entered.
Gosh Ev, how are you a morning person
I forced myself out of bed and made my way to the shower. I let the hot water hit my face and trickle down the rest of my body. It was quite relaxing. I needed a break. Everything that has happened over the past few weeks, still makes my head pound.
I slipped out of the shower and into my outfit for the day.

I take another look at myself in the mirror after applying my makeup and straightening my hair.
Do you ever look at yourself and barely recognize who you are? Well that's me right now.
After finalizing that I look decent. I grab my school bag and head towards Evelyn's black Rang Rover.
I stare out the window. Watching everything go by. The trees. The gravel. The grass. Even a few animals here and there. I then begin to realize, I shouldn't be moping around. I'm tired of people pushing me around all the time like I'm some sort of doll.
Today, I'm gonna boost my confidence. Today, I'm not gonna take shit from anyone. I'm bringing in a new and improved me.
Evelyn park her car in the usual parking spot. I feel her gaze fixated on me, so I wheel around to look in her direction. She nods her head towards me, signaling she's ready to start this shitty ass day. I nod back in agreement.
Entering the hallway, we push past the people to get to our lockers. Stuffing the books we needed into our school bags as per usual, I feel someone approach me.
PLEASE don't let it be Danny!!
I turn to see my friend, Wes. Wes and I have known each other for some time and he's a good buddy, aside from that he is SUPER attractive with his soft black hair that is swished upwards and his sterilizing green eyes that glow like emeralds. His sculpted jawline complimented is features. He keeps in good shape, with him playing football and all.
"Hey Kins, how are you holding up?" There is a hint of worry in his eye, and it pleased me to see that he cared.
"Hey, yeah I'm doing better. I'm not letting anyone push me around anymore! No one is gonna stand in my way any longer!" I'm quite proud of myself for being as confident as I am right now. It feels, good.
"That's good! So what is this, "new Kinsley"?" He raises an eyebrow while exhaling a slight chuckle. "I like to call it, the renovations of old Kinsley" I smile. "Well, new Kinsley, shall we head to English?" He puts out his arm and I lock it with mine, "we shall".
I unravel my arm from Wes' as we enter the classroom. I go to the back of the room and grab a corner seat and he takes the seat next to me. I see Evelyn walk in and rush to get the seat in front of me, a worried look in her eye.
"Code red! Danny is on his way to this class!" She whisper yells.
Gosh, why when we change classes for the new term, they just HAD to put Danny in a class with me.
"Shit." I mumble under my breath. "Hey, just ignore him ok? You've got me and Ev here for you." Wes puts his hand on my arm to calm me down, which surprisingly works. I take some deep breaths as I watch Danny and his friends enter the room. His expression went from calm, to..angry?
I notice that Wes hadn't moved his hand yet and once I notice he places it back onto his desk.
Why would Danny be jealous? He has Britney to worry about.
He takes his seat and the teacher started her lecture as the second bell rang.
"I told you he was just one of his sluts." A girl whispers.
"I always knew Danny wouldn't be stupid enough to actually go out with someone like her, look at her. She isn't even pretty" another girl whispered.
"Just another hit it and quit it." A guy whispered to his friend. Soon enough half the class was talking about me and Danny.
All of this was overwhelming. I don't think I can take much more of this. This lump in my throats feels like it's getting bigger and bigger. I can't breathe. Everything is getting blurry! I think I might throw up. "Kins, you look pale. Are you ok?" Evelyn places a hand on my arm. I slowly shake my head and look up, my eyes glossy from the forming tears. I blink them away and glance at Danny, who is staring right at me. I snap my head forward and raise my hand.
"Can I go to the restroom". The teacher nods and I hurriedly get up and walk out the door, carful not to slam it when I left. I walk to the restroom and lock myself inside a stall.
It feels like the walls are closing in.
No Kinsley. You are NOT gonna show anyone that this shit gets to you. MAN UP. This is the new you. Shake this off.
I walk over to the mirror and look at myself. I take some deep breaths. I'm not gonna cry. I'm not gonna show vulnerability.
I pace back down the hallway to my class, looking at the floor. Which was a bad idea as I collide into a large figure. I looked up only to find the last face I expected to see. Danny.
