The sun shone brightly upon me as I could only stare at the ground, my legs swinging slightly as the breeze blows on my hair. A sigh escapes from under my breath as I laid my back on the floor and when I open my eyes, they widen when staring into familiar amber ones.

"WAAH!" I shriek and immediately roll to the side, only to groan in pain when feeling stomach hit the wooden pillar of the dojo. A breathless pant escapes from me and I hear your giggle resonate through my ears, making me blush slightly.

"Geez, I have been calling out to you for some time Gintoki!" You say, my brows furrowing in unison as I sit up and rub my stomach in which was hurting due to my impact. I nod my head with a slight yawn and you sit yourself down beside me and placing a plate right on my lap carefully. My eyes widen at your actions and I glance at you to see you clapping your hands and starting to eat.

I soon start to stuff the food into my mouth as well until we're done, a sigh of satisfaction goes past my lips and I look at you. "So, what should we do now?" You shrug your shoulders and lay your back on the floor as well with a smile, your arms above your head as used them as a pillow. I decide to do the same and both of us just stay in silent.

"It's so hot..." I murmur and you hum in agreement, I glance at your from the side of my eyes and blush slightly when I see a smile tugging your lips. "What do you think about our new teacher in school?" I ask, you pout slightly but then giggles.

"She's pretty nice sometimes, though she's usually strict." I nod my head and I sit up, bringing my knees closer to my chest as I avert my eyes from you.

"You know... in just two months, we'll be going into middle school..." You sit up as well and stare at me, while I could only look elsewhere so that my gaze wouldn't meet yours. "I heard that from then on, you might start dating somebody."

"Heh?" You look at me in confusion but then laugh slightly.

"Oh, that might be true. But I doubt that anybody from our class would like me." You murmur at your last words. My eyes widen and I immediately react to you, your eyes widen when I grab your wrist and stare into your eyes with a serious look.

"Don't say that!" I shout out and you flinch slightly. "Anybody would want to date you! You are gor...gorge..." I feel my cheeks flush as you continue to stare at me with a curious look. I gulp down and breathe in. "You're gorgeous, beyond what words could describe. Anybody would want to date you."

Your eyes widen and my heart starts to beat furiously when I see you smile at me.

"Hm, thanks for saying so." A giggle was added to your answer as you look down, a dusk of blush covering your cheeks as you brush away the strand of hair that had fallen onto your cheek.

"Ryuuko..." I call out and you look up once again. "I'll always be with you, no matter what." I say and grab a hold of your hand as you gasp in surprise. "No matter what, even if I become a second or third choice, I will always be by your side!" Your cheeks were flushed by my words while you try to form your own words.

"T-T-Thanks, I will always be there for you too." You say with a grin, making my heart once again speed up.

I need to stop feeling this way

But it's just feels way too good falling in love with you

"Hideshi! Lift your sword up more, advance needs to be quicker and impact stronger!"

"Like this?!"

A young boy with dark purple hair lifts his sword in the air, and when he brings it down, he met the other end of the sword that belonged to me. I chuckle and he starts to make more advances at me, only for me to dodge some and attack back at him. He wipes the sweat of his brow and stares at me with determined eyes while I just smirk down at him.
