Part 3 {engagement}

5 years later~
luna pov~

i am finally 8 years old, my big brother is 14 while my big sis is 12.

one time i overheard from big sis that they were both engage to a certain prince and princess from different families..and i met them once but they never get along....and i think my daddy is planning to get me a fiancee...oh and during thise 5 years....it seems that i have change alot...hmm lets see..i hardly talk more then a few words and hardly full sentence cause its too tiring.....as i think...i am also nibbling on a freshly bake cookies from the kitchen which i stole..well..more like sneak it out when the chef was not looking.

'which prince am i getting engage to' i thought as i slowly nibble on my cookie when siddenly my bedroom door was slam open and my bis sis came in..i look up at her as i continue to nibble on my cookies.....{nibble nibble~hehe}

"luna~!!" my sis shout as she pulls me into a hug as i continue to nibble on my cookies that does not seem to get any smaller....

"claire-nee san........"i said emotionlessly as i went back to nibbling my cookie.

"father has selected a fiancee for you." claire announce.

"...who...?" i ask and tilted my head to the side and the cookie somehow is still stuck to my mouth so i just continue nibbling on it.

"i think he is prince julius from the fire kingdom" claire said.

"we're going to meet our fiancees in our engagement ball two days later." claire stated.

"....ok" i said as i goes back to my now half eaten cookies

"that's your reaction!!" claire exclaimed.

"Mn" i nodded 

"you should be happy and excited." claire said as she start shaking me intensely.

"why....." i answered weakly

"your marrying a handsome fire prince, isn't that amazing." claire said

"no.....nee-san.....can....have.....him" i said

"well you don't have a choice in front of father so you have to be engage to him whether you like it or not and no i cant take him away from you or father and mother will kill me!!" claire said/exclaim at the last part.

Two days later~
Engagement ball~
Luna's pov-

it was the night where we would celebrate our engagement to the  two boys and one girl.

me and my big sis were wearing beautiful fancy dresses while big brother was wearing a royal tux.

in the ballroom~

"welcome to this engagement party, we are here to celebrate the engagement of my daughters and son and their fiancees" our father announced as everyone applause.

Every boy's eyes were on me and my sister while every girls eye were on my nii-san.

then my sister and brother went off to dance with their fiancees.

'i still dont know who my fiancee is...because daddy never told me what he look like' i thought.

"Excuse me, would you like to dance?" a male voice ask as i turn to see a prince face.

"i am crown prince julius of the fire kingdom. your fiancee, nice to meet you." he introduce himself.

"princess luna yukike wen, likewise" i replied as we headed to the dance floor.

many people were staring at us as we danced including my parents, my brother and sister and their partners.

"why......people...........stare" i asked as i look at julius and titled my head slightly making me look cute and julius turn away with a bright red face.

"your too cute and innocent for your own good" he muttered softly.

"what....mean?" i asked as i tilted my head more as a question mark appeared on my head.

"dont ask me that!" he said and blushes even more as we continue to dance the night away.

'your too cute, innocent and dense. but somehow i have this feeling that i want to protect you forever.' thought julius.

luna's family pov~

they look good together." luna's mom said.

"they will make a good couple and if only our fiance could fall for us like that...." claire said and lucas nodded in agreement.

"looks like i chose a good boy for my youngest daughter. they get along just right.*sigh* if only her older brother and sister would get along with theirs...they've been having fights over small and weird things..." luna's dad said.

time skip to 4 years later~

luna and her fiancee have been getting along quite well...and julius make it an effort to get her to speak full sentences but always end up failing but in the end...he still loves her dearly and wants to protect her even more.
